The massage was amazing, much much better than a different store one. The lady was really friendly and she really provided a great experience. In a different salon the massage last less than a minute always so it was lovely change.
The hairstylist was really nice and friendly, however there was some delay and my service only started at 10:30 instead of 10 that my appointment was scheduled, I am the kind of person who appreciates punctuality but I also had another appointment booked at 1:15pm (I had calculated my time based on all previous times i did my hair) and I was hoping that I would have finished on time. Dud to the delay, not only I didn't have time to dry my hair fully but I also ended up missing my appointment. The service was good, however the toner hasn't worked well and my hair Is yellow.

Jack always gets the colour of my highlights perfect: it brightens my look but blends in with my natural colour and some greys so it looks good even towards the next appointment. Very skilful at cutting my long hair and such comforting company.

Mide has coped with my old tresses and changing colour whims for years. The blonde (in various shades) never looks fake and she restores condition and manageability with every visit - even when I go too long between appointments. Ends are brittle so Mide gives them a ādustingā when required in line with my wishes to try and keep it long and healthy. The salon is expensive but the experience is worth it.
Massage experience always welcome but it can be a bit hit and miss depending on who you get!

I have been coming to Edward James north coat for over a year. It is an amazing salon and all the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Finally, after many years of going to very good hairdressers, who for one reason or another have left the profession, I have found the one! A hairdresser, who understands me, my lifestyle and the fact that I donāt have the time, or patience to do my hair. Zayde is amazing, she starts with a very relaxing massage, which elevates my mood. Then she gets down to business. her cut, is so good that it lasts, still retaining the shape and the colour she applies is perfect every time. But for me itās more than that, she cares about her clients, sheās incredibly personable but also gives no nonsense advice about my hair and it works! Hairdressers are really therapists, people who are there to provide us with a service which instantly lifts our mood. When I find a brilliant hairdresser I stick with them. I had originally booked in with Jacks however after discussing what I wanted he didnāt feel too confident to do it so Sara cut my hair instead. The situation was dealt with professionally and quickly and Sara did exactly what I wanted so very happy with the outcome.

I have been visiting Edward James over the last 9 years for blow dries when I come to London. It is the most wonderful hair salon that I have ever been to. The staff are so professional and right from the initial head and shoulder massage it is the most relaxing experience. My hair always looks amazing whoever I see. Only downside is that they have stopped selling the packages of blow dries.

Super happy with the outcome.
On a separate note I bought my 4 year old daughter in for a haircut not realising is was Ā£47. As happy as we both were I feel itās too expensive.

Wonderful experience. Great haircut from Zayde who took a lot of care to make sure I got the best cut for my hair type and a style I was happy with . Everyone in the salon was lovely. Much appreciated.
