I love coming to spoilt and have felt safe during a difficult time, however as restrictions have eased and it is not compulsory to wear masks it would be nice if staff would ask whether we prefer them to wear masks rather than me ask if they could wear it.

This was my first experience getting my nails done professionally in a salon. I loved it, Alice was really nice and accommodating. She did a great job and I enjoyed the experience. Look forward to next time. Thanks x

I took my children for a special treat to get their nails done. From booking to attending the appointment, the service and communication was excellent. We were welcomed into the salon by Lilly who was friendly and professional. Alice did the girls nails beautifully. She made the children feel comfortable and was chatting away to them the whole time. My girls love their nails, they look amazing and they enjoyed being pampered and treated respectfully and with kindness.

We will definitely come again and highly recommend to others. Thank you Alice x

First time getting hair cut in about a year Lucy was amazing at understanding exactly how I wanted it and did a perfect cut ?

Claudia was a delight to be around , she was bubbly , friendly and the massage was extremely satisfying, I had quite a lot of neck and lower back pain which was eased very soon after treatment . I have booked in to see her in 5 weeks time and already looking forward to it ?

Had a full head of highlights and toner this weekend. Was my first time at this salon and I have had my hair dyed many times but I can honestly say this was the best!

Billy understood exactly what I wanted and looked at my photos and was so chatty and lovely. He was 10/10.
