I decided that I needed to start embracing my increasingly grey hair which I have been box dying for ages. Macy was helpful when discussing my options & giving suggestion of what I could do without immediately going totally grey. On the day of the appointment, I was quiet anxious but really didn't need to worry. Macy took time to discuss what I wanted & talk through different colours/toners & to go through the bleaching process. I chose ash tones & the outcome was amazing & so much better than my previously box dyed hair. My hair is a nice warm colour with grey tones. My daughter even commented that I should have done it ages ago as it makes me look younger! Thank you so much Macy for making this big decision so positive!

This was my first time having wax here for a very long time. Whilst sienna was efficient, and having a wax isn’t the most comfortable experience, I was disappointed with her manner. There was no checking the temperature of the wax was ok, if I was comfortable etc. I don’t expect a full on conversion, but know she can talk as she was in the kitchen chatting to a colleague when I was sat waiting for her. I did attempt to talk, ie ask if Sarah was back from her holidays? Did she have a nice time. I asked Sienna how long has she had been working in the salon. All responded too with the minimum effort. Now I realise there’s a huge age gap but surely a little chit chat to make a client comfortable and feel like she’s a person is of upmost importance!
