Danielle is an absolute gem! As I’m not a very girlie girl, she is so kind, reassuring and patient in explaining my treatment options to me and is really honest about what would and wouldn’t be of benefit. I love that we can build a relationship with our therapists so they get to know us and remember the little things that matter and make us feel comfortable. We laugh a lot in our appointments, mostly at ourselves, and that is absolutely the BEST away to feel at ease and looked after by someone we know, like and trust xx

Alex is lovely, did a brilliant job with my shellac nails today. I’ve also had my brows waxed and dyed. She’s always very cheerful.

The hairstyle I came out with was very nice indeed. Much shorter than normal, but a good cut. I am pleased.

Had an olaplex treatment with Evie. She was very attentive. The treatment was relaxing. Would recommend

My microdermabrasion with Alice today was amazing. She was so friendly and professional. The facial was done really well and I came out so relaxed. Will definitely be going back.

Just back from my appt with Lucy (not sure if she is C or T so guessed Lucy C) . Delighted with my hair and love her friendly approach and keenness to do a great job of making my hair look wonderful. Also lovely to be given the opportunity to fully relax and even offered Prosecco. Next time perhaps rather than tea. Thanks Lucy and the team

Had half a head of highlights. So over the moon with the colour. Lucy is so lovely and enjoys a good chat and makes the whole experience so much fun. The salon was spotless and Billy was cleaning everything.. i was so impressed.

After having my hair done at another local salon I realised when I got home that something was wrong, it was completely uneven. I asked for recommendations on Facebook to find somewhere to fix it and this salon was mentioned a couple of times. I gave them a call and luckily for me they could see me that day. It wasn’t until we assessed my hair together I realised how bad my cut was. Beth was amazing and I’m so so so so very grateful for the fab job she did at fixing the absolute mess I walked in with. I love my hair now and this is definitely my new salon. I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you so much x

Had a full head of highlights with treatment and toner with Beth. Really pleased with the colour. Gone is the brash yellow and a lovely bright colour to disguise the grey. Lovely, happy team, great vibe in the salon. Got told I looked like Patsy Kensit (thanks Billy, made my day!) Will definitely be back.

Brilliant service as always

The staff at reception, whoever they are always greet me with a smile. Claudia always friendly but professional. I always have waxing, usually with a pedicure with occasional manicure.

Had a lovely relaxing hour long facial with Tallie today. She is very friendly and explained everything. My skin feels so much better for it, highly recommended.
