Established by Ryan Fortey in 2008, with over 25 years experience, Ryan has gained a knowledge of what clients require when it comes to hair.

HeadKandy is an established hairdressers situated in the heart of Gloucester Docks. Our Gloucester Hairdressers has become a much loved and popular hair salon, offering a fantastic service for over 11 years!

With over 25 years experience as a Stylist, Ryan has gained a knowledge of what people require when it comes to their hair treatments.

Over the last 12 years he has successfully built up a fantastic team of Gloucester Hairdressers to work alongside him in HeadKandy Hairdressing.

With a wealth of knowledge and an eye for detail, this creative hair salon is open 5 days a week, serving both regular and new customers alike with their choice of Styles, Cuts, Colours and more.

HeadKandy is a busy and popular Hairdressers situated in the heart of Gloucester Docks, nestled between listed warehouses, on-street cafe’s and the Waterways museum.

It's a hectic time of year and can be hard to carve out some me time but a visit to HeadKandy always helps to de-stress.
All the staff are friendly and I never feel nervous about my appointments.
The on-line booking system is really convenient and easy to use.
Oh and I'm really happy with my cut.
If in doubt go and vist them - you won't regret it.

My first time at Headkandy and I don't need to look any where else.... The service from the moment I walked through the door was amazing, all the staff were cheerful, friendly and welcoming. Maisie listened to what I wanted and it was exactly how I pictured it. I walked away feeling very happy and having not had my hair cut for quite a while, it made such a big difference. My hair is not easy, very fine and thin...Jack was lovely and gave me the best cut I have ever had.He gave me hair care and product advice. By the time I got home from the salon the bad weather had really messed up my hair but because the cut was so goodI I was able to get it looking good in no time.
