I love going to Headkandy, the whole experience is a treat. The welcome is friendly and Ryan always does a fantastic cut and offers great advice on how to look after it.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough. I was feeling totally lost with what to do with my hair. Ryan listened and discussed all my options clearly. Walked out of the salon feeling great. Ryan, Lauren and the rest of the team were so friendly and even though they were incredibly busy it was well managed.

I can’t rave about HK enough! Not only is Lauren a superb stylist the environment is awesome and everyone is so friendly, it’s genuinely the most relaxing few hours and you come out looking like ‘you’ve just stepped out of the salon’ cheesy but so true. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Asked to be fitted on today and jack came to my rescue, did a fantastic job and I left feeling a million times better

The salon has a warm friendly welcoming atmosphere. Bright airy and cheerful. I have been a client of Jacks for over a year now. At every appointment he discusses my hair with me and asks what I want from the appointment. Jack is a very skilled stylist and I'm always pleased with the results. I really wouldn't go anywhere else.

I think this man is incredible at his job and I cannot fault him. Been going to him for so long and literally love every second of it. He’s so down to earth and so funny. Honestly one of the most amazing people ever.

Lauren was incredible! I hadn’t had my hair done for over 12months and she made me feel like a million bucks. She talked through everything that I envisioned and was super lovely. Her attention to detail was incredible.

We absolutely love visiting Headkandy – it’s become a bit of a tradition for all the girls in our family! The atmosphere is always upbeat, welcoming, and friendly, and the team makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The service and advice we receive is always spot on – they really take the time to listen and understand what you’re looking for, and we’ve never walked away unhappy.

My daughter had her hair done yesterday, and Emilia was amazing – she listened, advised, and worked her magic, leaving my daughter feeling like a million dollars. It’s such a joy to come here – thank you for always making our visits something to look forward to!

I recently visited the salon on a weekday for my root touch-up and had such a delightful experience! As always, the ever-charismatic "hair magician" Jack welcomed me with warm, friendly conversatione. He worked his magic on my hair colour, leaving me feeling absolutely fabulous—as if I were worth a million dollars! I also appreciated the detailed run-through he gave on the range of available products, explaining each one’s unique benefits clearly and helpfully. It’s always a pleasure to learn more about the treatments, and I’m excited to try some of them next time. A special thanks to the lovely Elouise, whose expert straightening left my hair with an enviable shiny finish. I left the salon feeling pampered, informed, and incredibly confident—a truly uplifting experience that I can’t wait to repeat!

Our first time at Headkandy. We had a lovely warm welcome, with an offer of tea and coffee as soon as we arrived. Kate looked after us very well. The colour of my hair is lovely and has brightened me up. I may have a few more put in next time now I know I have a stylist I can trust.

Not entirely sure if it was Jack or Ryan, but the haircut I got was really really good, the service was 11/10 I felt comfortable, reassured, the conversation was flowing and said hairdresser took his time I'm so glad :))), I was offered the best service, the hair from start to finish is night and day I'm really happy with my hair, and over the moon with how it'll grow out and the curls look healthier than ever, thank you so much I was nervous at first but wow I'm so so happy with the end product, the layers are perfect and the price is great, if I ever need to trim the top again I'm coming back!

Unsure on stylist’s name but I didn’t get the result I wanted, felt like I wasn’t informed properly about what was happening, my hair turned pink and they didn’t even bother correcting the colour or making my hair anywhere near what I wanted. Paid £188 for something I’m not happy with. Felt a bit singled out if I’m honest. Won’t be going again. But to be brutally honest, I feel like I should get a part refund because I had to fix my own hair by cutting my own split ends and trying to fix the shade.

You just cannot fault this wonderful salon. From the moment you step in you feel part of a family. So friendly and they go out their way to make you feel special. Jack is wonderful and his colouring skills are top notch. The same applies to all the stylists/colourist. I thoroughly enjoy my appointments and always feel like a new person when I leave. I highly recommend this salon and wouldn't go anywhere else.
