Ella Hair & Beauty Salon

The salon is calm, and all the Covid procedures are clear and consistent. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, my visit was great and stress free. Once again my hair was cut beautifully by Mel. The wash and head massage was just gorgeous and the cut and finish were done brilliantly (why can I never get it looking as good at home?!). Thank you Mel & all at Ella - you’re doing a great job in the trickiest of times! Xx

What a great experience in the salon today. Dani listened to exactly what I wanted with highlights and lowlights and executed perfectly. I am so pleased with the results. I have been a regular customer of Ella for almost 10 years and have had three different stylists (because they all keep having babies!) and every transition has been smooth and well managed. They are managing the covid situation safely and professionally; they really put their customers first. If you are looking for a welcoming salon with creative, consistent stylists, look no further.

I always feel comfortable knowing that Gigi listens to what you want, and she goes above and beyond ensuring that you are happy with your outcome. Mollie was really attentive and chatty and really looked after my hair and did what exactly I asked for my hair to look like. Was a really lovely experience in the salon today.

To say I’m pleased is an understatement, I’m thrilled! Mollie took her time and artistry to do what I had asked of her.

Relaxed atmosphere, great cut, felt safe

I haven’t had a change for ages. I’ve had long dark hair for many years and have wanted a change for some time. This salon is so welcoming from the moment you walk in to when you leave. I had Mel with me all day and she took the time with my consultant like she genuinely cared about the change i wanted doing. It was a big job and I was in the salon for 4 hours but it felt like it went really quickly. My hair came out exactly how I wanted it and it was better than I expected. This is the friendliest hair salon I’ve ever been to and it’s really about the staff and how they look after you. You can tell this salon has got it right as they don’t seem to have a high turn around in staff which shows they are happy there and it shows in their work. Thank you

Very happy with my manicure and pedicure! All gels look perfect, service was flawless and everyone was lovely. I feel very pampered!

I have been going to Ella hair for a few years now, and they make you feel very welcoming every time you visit. Very friendly staff and offer professional advice on your hair. The salon is very well organised . I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Louise always make my hair feel fabulous: I would definitely recommend them so if you are looking for a new salon why not pop in .

Great to have my 1st cut since March, came away feeling fabulous

My first appointment since lockdown and it went extremely well. As i entered the salon i was asked to wash my hands. As the number if clients in at one time had been reduced, there was no need to worry about not being able to social distance. I was greeted by the wver cheerful Gigi looking very glamorous in her fashionable face shield. Overall it was a very pleasant albeit different experience but one which I felt quite safe in. Great to be back in the salon after 4 months of lockdown and even though I had become quite attached to my ponytail, how wonderful it was to have Ben put some shape back into my hair! The salon felt very safe and clearly a lot of work has been put into managing the ‘new normal’. Everyone appeared calm and in control! Well done all. ?
