My anxiety walking in to the salon was through the roof. As soon as Poppy took me through to quiet spot and we started to chat, I was immediately out at my ease, I could tell she was lovely, interested, very transparent and honest, and professional. She put me at my ease and I feel almost excited about coming back into the salon!!!!

I was lucky enough to get a pre Christmas haircut with Jade and am delighted with the result! I was made to feel very welcome and Jade was really good at making suggestions. Altogether a lovely relaxing visit.

She cut brilliantly, discussed products. She was happy to give advice. Blow dried brilliantly too! Very happy!

I was let down by my mobile hair dresser and I had taken a day off work to get my hair done . I phoned and was able to be fitted in for a tint re - growth .

As always, Lucia was very friendly and polite. She did a great head massage, and a nice cut and blow dry. I LOVE the result of drying it straight! Great coffee too! Thank you x

My first visit and pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome, both the receptionist and stylist were were professional.
I needed styling advice to cope with my new hair growth after chemotherapy, they were very understanding and took time to demonstrate a style I could manage on my own 🙏

Jade cut my hair beautifully, she is so chatty and interesting. I particularly enjoyed the hair massage🩷

Lucia was absolutely wonderful and so friendly. My hair looks lovely and has a natural look to it too which I love. The only issue is that my hair has definitely been over processed. My hair is very frizzy and knotty even after washing, using a hair mask and putting oil in.

I’m new to the salon and Mel , but already feel comfortable , I like the e mail reminders, I like the digital receipt.
Mel listens to how I feel about my hair and gives great advice , we make a plan for the future and. A great cut too!

I’m pretty useless at knowing what to do with my hair as very fine! Mollie was fabulous at recognising a good colour range for my hair and I’m very pleased with it.

It's only my second appointment with Jade and she has styled my hair well on both occasions. Jade listened to my styling request, cut my hair based on the same and I'm pleased with the result.

Jade takes great care to understand the effect I’m trying to create and is attentive to how my colour has lasted and open to adapting things if it’s not worked out right. I really appreciate her openness, and skill at alchemising my hair into a lighter, brighter version than the one I walked in with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I have had several appointments at Ella’s and I have been very impressed with the service and relaxing atmosphere and experience. Mollie does my hair and she always does a fabulous job.

Poppy did an excellent job, I was very happy with it at the end. She helped me gain a nice preference of what I’d like without going overboard and what suited my lifestyle/school and many sports. I had it blow dryed with curls at the end and she did a very efficient job at making sure I had nice layers around the front to frame my face and connect with my bangs that I was trying to grown so thank you!! Love the salon, will be coming back when needed ☺️🙌🏻❤️

Having never really had ‘regular’ hair appointments I’ve finally found a salon and hairdresser (Meadow) where I’m able to. Absolutely love Ella’s the ethos, atmosphere and Meadow is fabulous - highly recommend! 🌟
