Lucia is not only a good hairdresser a real people’s person. Her attention to detail and interest in your hair is outstanding.

I've been going to Ella for years now and love the friendliness of all in the salon. It's a real treat. Louise is a pleasure as a hairdresser, she listens ti what I want as well as being extremely easy to talk to - such a warm person. My hair always looks and feels fabulous. Love it!

Jade takes great care to understand the effect I’m trying to create and is attentive to how my colour has lasted and open to adapting things if it’s not worked out right. I really appreciate her openness, and skill at alchemising my hair into a lighter, brighter version than the one I walked in with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I have had several appointments at Ella’s and I have been very impressed with the service and relaxing atmosphere and experience. Mollie does my hair and she always does a fabulous job.

Poppy did an excellent job, I was very happy with it at the end. She helped me gain a nice preference of what I’d like without going overboard and what suited my lifestyle/school and many sports. I had it blow dryed with curls at the end and she did a very efficient job at making sure I had nice layers around the front to frame my face and connect with my bangs that I was trying to grown so thank you!! Love the salon, will be coming back when needed ☺️🙌🏻❤️

Having never really had ‘regular’ hair appointments I’ve finally found a salon and hairdresser (Meadow) where I’m able to. Absolutely love Ella’s the ethos, atmosphere and Meadow is fabulous - highly recommend! 🌟

I had a head of highlights done by Lucia a few days ago, and she listened to what I was looking for, was easy to discuss options with, and was great at answering any questions I had.

When I have had foils done in the past (at other salons), it has sometimes been quite a painful experience, with people pulling my hair when taking the foils out and also when brushing. I had none of this with Lucia, she was gentle and efficient without feeling like she was rushing one bit.

I brought my laptop with me so that I could get some work done and I apologised to Lucia saying that I felt a bit rude that I couldn’t talk much as I had a lot to do. She put me at ease that it was absolutely okay to do my work and at any point where I stopped working, our conversation flowed naturally; I felt like I had known her for ages (I usually find small talk pretty awkward).

I am very happy with the colour and will certainly be recommending Lucia to anyone I know… in fact, I have already!

I hope the rest of her training goes well and I look forward to booking in with her again in the future!

Another good hair day following my cut and blow dry with Louise. Love coming to this salon as everyone is very friendly and the salon works hard to be sustainable.

Absolutely love my cut and colours with Jade. She is able to translate what I want in terms of colour into reality, in a way that is also low maintenance, easy to manage and grows out/colour fades up really nicely. So happy with the cut and colour every time and the wider salon experience - the free coffees and the forest style washroom - is always a treat!

Going to Ella’s is not just a haircut, it is being looked after. All the staff try to do all they can for you. Jade listens and does a great cut. Also excellent to see all the team does for the environment.

I always feel comfortable going to have my hair done at Ella salon, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Louise is wonderful, very friendly, she very professional, always gives good advice about the hair cut, how to style it which it’s great for me having short hair. Just got back from a long awaited trip back to Ella and the Amazing Louise! I haven’t been for some time for a personal reason but could NOT wait to get back in that chair! It was like going back home! The most amazing welcome from all the girls. Louise listened to my re-style ask and I felt immediately comfortable with what we discussed and the skill she had to make it happen! My hair wash was absolutely amazing, with a wonderful chat and head massage from the brilliant Emma. The whole experience was utter perfection and so relaxing. It’s so nice to just know you are in fabulously talented hands from the receptionist, head washer and stylist! I am so glad I am back.

My hair is just amazing! Exactly what I asked for and more! I was totally feeling myself on the drive home and just wish I was going out tonight to show it off! I love that Louise has cut my hair in such a way that I just know I will be able to repeat a similar style again tomorrow! (Although not quite as amazing as she does it!)

Thanks ladies! I just love that I’ll be back in 6 weeks to relax, unwind, chat with you all and feel amazing when I leave!
