Jade used a colour and a toner and I wa a really pleased with the results - I have long hair and she also cut it really well and advised me to have it shaped at the front. The best result I have had ever for colour and it’s tricky to get the balance right at 50 between blonde/grey and tone.

Feeling fabulous after having partial highlights and tint /gloss on my hair. Daniela really understands what I like and I feel great. A lovely lady too x

First visit to the salon & Letia certainly worked her magic. Quite a dramatic cut from long to ‘bob’ & I couldn’t be happier. She listened to what I wanted & advised me what would work best for me. Just fabulous, I’ll definitely be back to see her soon

From the warmest of welcomes to the smiliest goodbyes, my experience at Ella Hair today was absolutely smashing! My colour was done by Mollie who was very friendly and my cut was done by Bradley who was super helpful and equally as friendly. I was check up on several times to see if I wanted anything to drink or if I was comfortable which was very comforting. And to top off my experience I loved the salon because environmentally friendly!

Brad has cut my hair for a couple of years now and I'm always pleased with what he does. He's a really good stylist, listens to what you say you want, and always makes you feel you've been well taken care of.

I had a great first experience! My stylist was attentive, listened to my thoughts on how I wanted my hair cut and styled and gave me her professional opinion. I Moved the separate room which has low mood lighting, a wall of green plants which were dotted with fairylights and a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying a head massage too.
I was pleased with my cut and blow-dry and for the advice on future colouring techniques. I would highly recommend the salon based on my experience today.

I've been coming to Ella for years and I've never had a bad experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are all knowledgeable and provide a wonderful service. I always come away feeling great.

I had a lovely salon visit today, very relaxing and enjoyable. Jade was lovely to chat with, knowledgeable giving me lots of suggestions and advice and did a great cut. Absolutely loved my head massage in the calming environment of the salon's hair washing room as well. Looking forward to my next visit for a cut and colour 😊

Warm welcome from reception on arrival; a lovely relaxed salon experience in a bright and thoughtfully decorated space and a hairdresser that listened and created a beautiful style exactly as I hoped. I washed it myself this morning and il just as happy. Thank you Brad! One very small thing, I'd love a cup of coffee or even a glass of wine next time I visit please 😜

Mollie was fantastic. We discussed everything the cut and colour prior to having my hair washed. She explained the process and checked the colour at every stage. Fantastic staff in the salon with lovely relaxing basin area which makes the hair washing and colour rinsing processes really relaxing. I have already booked my next appointment and can't wait. It was my first appointment with Louise, it was a warm welcome and she made suggestions on how she could cut my hair. Spoke me though each step of the service. Very friendly throughout the appointment, and gave additional tips for styling.

Lou is so amazing at hair! She knew exactly what I needed and I’m really pleased with the outcome. Had the best shampoo experience with a weighted blanket to stay warm, low fairy lighting and relaxing music. The best 10 minutes of chill time during a busy week.

Mollie has restored my hair to its original colour and improved the condition to its younger years. She asked what I wanted and gave excellent advice.

I was very pleased with my hair by Meadow! She is very competent and enthusiastic. I will see her next time.

The first time that I had met Jade. Mel Picts my hair, bit she is on maternity leave at the moment.
Jade has cut my hair as I like it. My hair isn’t easy, being so straight and I had been trying to grow it but had given up. Arthritis causing me not to be able to manage drying it easily.
My new cut has lightened my mood. As I feel so much better with a shorter cut. My hair will now be so much more easier to style.
