I had the best experience today! Louise did such a great job with my cut and style, I will definitely be coming back!

Everyone does a great job, I felt super safe with the environment, plenty of sanitiser available and cleaning happening with space between everyone! The salon is clearly super booked up but felt like a safe and relaxed atmosphere!

It's been so long and the shaggy dog look was getting me down but so many different styles to choose from .Jade listened ,advised and seemed to know what I was after --an edgy Pixie look that would make me feel able to face the world again !Fabulous result many thanks I bounded up the road and am off into town today for a look round the shops --there is life after lockdown !

Mel was amazing. So good to be back and great as always. New hair wash area really nice with soothing music.

Best place to get hair cut and colour

First appointment with new senior stylist Jade and very happy with my cut and blow dry! Have already rebooked Jade for a January appointment! The salon has now been refurbished to meet government guidelines on social distancing, but this has been done in a very sensitive and creative way, which actually enhances the customer experience, rather than taking away from it. Really positive energy!

I was really disappointed with my haircut today, I normally have Lou W but as she was off sick you managed to get me in with someone else. I'm not sure if she hasn't used clippers for a while or not confident using them but I would rather she have said than used them on my hair and now I'm left with long bits where she's missed and have also some bald patches at the back, the blending from 0.5-1 is awful and I really hate my hair today!! I feel very disappointed and would've rather waited until my next appointment than to have what I've had and I paid £48 for the pleasure! I got back to my car and cried.

I’ve been following Lou from salon to salon, I really like her. She is extremely professional, kind and always knows what your hair needs. She will always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend her and the Ella salon :) x

I booked with a new stylist for this appointment. Gigi spent time talking to me about my hair and gave me some really good advice about my cut. She was knowledgeable and professional throughout and I felt very relaxed. The result is a haircut I’m really happy with.
