Darcie is one of our top stylists and is a qualified trainer, a L'oreal Colour Specialist and has 8 years experience under her belt, this is reflected in her level and price point.
That's why you'll receive the same standards within the salon however we have tiered prices therefore if you were to visit one of our first levels such as Jade you may find a price level that suits your needs better.

We're sorry that you were disappointed following your visit to the salon on Saturday, however all of our work is guaranteed and when you made your complaint we explained that because the colour was a toner it would fade with each wash and as it's only designed for 5 to 6 washes it would go.
We did offer to wash and blow dry to start the process of fading out the toner but unfortunately you were short of time and when you requested a refund this was processed immediately PLUS we've arranged for you to return to the salon on Wednesday for the aforesaid wash and blow dry.
We look forward to seeing you in the salon on Wednesday and trust that you'll be happier with the result.
