Darcie did a fabulous job straightening my badly-behaved fringe; she talked me through the procedure and allayed my concerns about the loss of colour from the areas treated. I love the result & look forward to not having to ‘deal’ with my fringe every morning. (I am also looking forward to the colour being restored an a few days’ time!)

I’ve now had my hair coloured by Jade for the second time, and somehow I’m even happier than the first! The colour came out absolutely perfect for me.

Jade is incredibly talented and clearly very passionate about what she does. She talked me through every step of the process, which made me feel really comfortable and confident throughout.

This was my second visit and I cannot fault anyone or anything at all. I originally went due to medication side effects which really affected my hair. When I went I automatically felt at ease, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I explained my situation to Darcie and was actually nervous about her seeing the condition of my hair but she put me at ease straight away reassuring me that she has clients in this situation before. She asked what I wanted, she didn’t say this is what you need to do, unlike other places. I explained that I was a bit nervous about what she would to do, but she asked if I would prefer if she cut it to a length just above the damage and then said she could do that and I could decide whether I was happy with that and take it from there. So that visit I opted for just above the damage. On my second visit, I hadn’t decided on what I really wanted, so Darcie cut it to the original length she had previously. She asked if I was happy with how it looked and felt, this time I decided that I wanted to go a little bit shorter and she regularly checked throughout if I was ok with the length. I didn’t end up disappointed in the slightest! Darcie explained the products she was using but didn’t push for me to buy them, she told me to keep to usual routine and this was another bonus. There’s nothing that I can complain or fault regarding both my visits. I would definitely recommend the Migele Experience to anyone and everyone!!!

Katie was lovely and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about my hair as it had regrown in curly and frizzy from chemo treatment. She explained what she felt was best for my hair and we have a plan going forward. My hair feels and looks as it did before chemo treatment and made me feel like my normal self again. Very grateful to her. Also has a very genuine personality.Will definetely return.

Katie dona a Brilliant job on my hair today i was in for the straightning Treatment as have dry frizzy hair now my hair is silky smooth i love it Thankyou katie..Left the salon feeling fab cant wait to come back next week for mycolour Treatment .Always a great experience where all the staff are Amazing and all so nice always Delivering first class service from the minute you arrive to when you leave .
