I love love love Migele Experience, their customer service is second to none. Dom & I discussed my haircut, he checked in with me a few times on exactly how much length would be removed, he managed to make my fringe look bolder than it actually is & shared tips on how to keep my hair looking thicker. All of this, plus political debate, a bit of a singsong & an homage to Reeves & Mortimer, no wonder I keep coming back !

We completely understand how pricing can feel confusing at times, so we’d like to reassure you that our prices are based on the time, skill, and experience of each stylist, rather than the amount of hair removed. Darcie is one of our Consultants and Colour Specialists, and her prices reflect that level of expertise.

We always aim to be fully transparent — our prices are displayed on our website, in the salon window, and at reception, and include 20% VAT set by the government.

If you’re not completely happy with your hair, please don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can review it for you. We genuinely value your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a more positive experience in the future.

Wee change of hairstyle which I love. Michelle always takes time to listen to what I’m looking for.. She gives the correct advice so that I can manage my hair. Following an operation, I’ve been losing a lot of hair and it’s really impacted my confidence and self esteem. Jade has been doing my hair for almost 6 months now and I’ve since decided to take the plunge and get extensions.

Jade was very progressional, understanding and reassuring of what I wanted and made sure before I made any decision it was an informed one. She’s simply amazing. I’ve since had my extensions fitted and I feel amazing. I cannot thank her enough and look forward to my root touch up and extension refit in 8 weeks time.
