I had an appointment with Annabel today for a wash cut and blow dry. After consultation with her and guidance from Lisa I had a wonderful experience as usual. Always a joy to be pampered and come away feeling fantastic xx

As usual Anne did a wonderful job with my unruly hair. She and the rest of the team make you feel welcome and vulued.

Annabel is still in training but she is rapidly gaining in confidence and competence. Lisa is a fantastic tutor. She explains everything to her students and demonstrates techniques for them very well. She is in no way patronising but always helpful and encouraging. She gets the best out of her students and that allows them to provide a top notch hairdo from talking through the clients requirements with them to delivering it. 👏
I think this aspect of Byrons salon is excellent. Train from within, on a dedicated session, to a very high standard in an atmosphere that is very conducive to learning without the pressure of a busy salon.
I am so glad and happy that I can be of use to Annabel as she progresses through her training.
