I enjoyed my hair appointment today. Everyone was welcoming when I arrived. Anne took tiime to ask what I wanted and was very attentive throughout and asked how I would like my hair styledonce it was cut. I am happy with my hair cut and was h8cen information from Julia a out returning to have my Fri ge trimmed between appointments.

As always a very pleasant session with Anne and receptionist. Made to feel welcome and then a relaxing wash, trim and dry with Anne who listens and knows what she is doing, lovely girl.

Alexander, as always, thoroughly enjoyed his visit. He wanted his hair a bit shorter this time, and says it's just perfect.
He loves the friendly atmosphere, and of course the catch up with Anne.

Lovely experience with Anne who is very knowledgeable on cutting and colouring. My cut was exactly what I wanted and lies perfectly after styling. Looking forward to more great haircuts from Anne😌

With over 20 years experience in “my hair” Lisa always does an outstanding job. A bonus today was that I’d saved enough points to be treated to an olaplex - how amazing is that!!!!!

As a low maintenance lady, I look forward to my moment of bliss where I don’t have to worry or think about anything else for the time I’m there. Anne always remembers details of things we’ve chatted about on previous appointments and good conversations always follow. She listens to my thoughts and future plans for my hair and advises on the best journey to get there. I always leave the salon with a spring in my step, ready to face the day looking my best.

I had an appointment with Rachael for a cut and blowdry, from the moment I arrived I was greeted and made to feel very welcome, Rachael sat and discussed what I would like done and how I would like to feel after my cut, she listened and then showed me some ideas shown to me on the ipad, she totally knew what I was looking for. Throughout the wash, cut and blow dry Rachael explained everything to me, what products she was using and why, she kept checking as she was cutting I was happy with the length etc. Rachael was so chatty and friendly and really made me feel comfortable, I love my hair cut and would 100% recommend Rachael and I will be going back to her again.

Wonderful to be back for first visit of the New Year. Made very welcome by everyone, great atmosphere, and good catch up with Anne.

Ashley welcomed me into the salon on arrival and felt very relaxed to enjoy my experience in the salon.

I informed Ashley that I was looking for a trendy new look for 2024, so moving forward she listened and communicated really well. We discussed the new look, the length, style, products, and arranged with the receptionist to bring forward my appointment for colour.
I was in safe hands with Ashley who is very much a people’s person when it comes to looking after her clients, she even passed on tips how to manage my new hairstyle at home.

I felt more confident walking out the salon.

I would highly recommend any of the other Stylists to my friends and family they work well as a team.

I was in for a cut and highlights. I am very happy with the result. Annabel is lovely and although she is training she was confident and put me at ease. Lisa was on hand to give advice when needed. The salon is lovely with a nice atmosphere and I was offered a coffee which came with a yummy biscuit. I had a great experience and I'll definitely be back. Have been getting my hair done by Ashley for a few years now and she always does an amazing job. Always checking and ensuring you're happy with the process.

From the moment I walked in I was seen to by reception staff who were kind throughout the entire appointment, very friendly and approachable team. Felt a bit anxious coming in as I haven’t had my hair touched up for a while but Annabel done an amazing job talking me through it and doing my hair to a high standard! Will definitely be back again.

Always a pleasure attending Byron. I'm always made to feel important and cannot be more relaxed such a good atmosphere. Staff are all very friendly. I would not go anywhere else!

My visit started off with a colour consultation with Anne and a styling consultation with Ronnie. I had a problem with styling one part of my hair so Ronnie listened and suggested a slight change he could make which would solve this…and it has…without changing the style overall which I’m happy with.
The salon keep detailed notes about colour, techniques and treatment from every visit so Anne read all of these because she didn’t colour my hair last time. She asked what I thought about my colour and condition, we spoke about it and then she suggested what to do based on what I said and what had been done previously.
Annabel washed my hair…she is lovely and I’m sure she’ll make an excellent hairdresser when she’s finished her training. She has a great way with people and I always enjoy our chats!
My cut by Ronnie is excellent. He always suggests something which suits me and which I can manage myself. The products keep my hair in great condition too. Ronnie has spent around 30 years building good salon into what I think is a centre of excellence for hairdressing. They’re also with a follow on social media…top tips about hair care, styling, the team, as well as motivational ones when it’s a wet and cold Monday in January! 😂

As always friendly catch up before discussing what my thoughts were on my style and cut. Have been coming to Lisa for sometime and she knows what I like and is happy to listen and I’m grateful for her views and advice. Always get a professional and fabulous cut.

Perfect experience with Rachael yesterday

I always look forward to this time as the professionalism is second to none, however this is mixed with such a friendly atmosphere and from the receptionists, staff who wash hair and stylists it makes you feel you are special and cared for. Ronnie is a marvellous stylist and Always takes time to discuss what is going take place in relation to cutting and styling.

Very friendly salon from the receptionist on arrival to the stylist and receptionist when leaving.
Anne is very professional and a lovely stylist who takes the time to listen and cuts very well. 100% recommend.
