As usual, I was again very pleased with the gents haircut I received from Emma ; all to my general wishes. The welcome and general chat also helped for a relaxing time.

Lucy my stylist is lovely, professional, and very knowledgeable. Katie is an amazing apprentice, she is the best shampooer ever. I love coming here, everyone is so friendly.

I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Ryan with the assistance of Brooke today. The amount of care and attention that my hair got was amazing. Ryan explained every part of the process and his passion for his business was so apparent. It was a joy to have my hair done by him.
As always everyone at the salon was warm and friendly and made you feel very much at home. Worth every penny.

Absolutely delighted with my hair colour. Extremely professional and friendly service provided by Ailsa. Wonderful to have a hair stylist that you can put your trust in. Feel ‘on top of the world’ when you leave salon. 😊

Everytime I go she is so accommodating especially as I usually jave one or two nails broken. She is also really friendly and always has a smile.

After a back and forth conversation with the receptionist I finally managed to get my daughter booked in for an appointment. I explicitly told the receptionist that my daughters hair was very long and also very thick, that needed cut and the weight taken out of it. The receptionist told me this wasn't a problem and booked me in with someone which she said would be enough time (1hr 30mins) our app was at 3:30pm. When we arrived we were waiting for 20 minutes before being seen and receptionist did apologise for the delay. However, I was concerned that the salon shuts at 5pm and we are still waiting after being assured the extra time to deal with my daughters hair. We get taken upstaits for wash etc, I can see that the sytlist is under pressure as she was running out of time and beginning to rush. At this point I said we can come back and book in for another app and I was told no its fine. However, no one came and looked at my daughters cut once it was completed and we have left with an uneven cut and hardly any weight taken out of it at all.

I must stress that I do not feel this is the stylist's fault. I feel she was put under unnecessary pressure to cut the hair, and it resulted in a poor job being done.

Lovely weave refit appointment with Megan. Megan is always really warm and friendly. She is knowledgeable and very quick with my refit. Really enjoy seeing her and very happy with the result

I haven’t had my hair cut in over a year and Nicole was amazing, she listened to what I was after and gave her suggestions and then dried it straight for me to show the finish looked, then waved it as I’m useless as doing this myself! Good chat too and will defo be back. Thank you

I was very pleased with my nail manicure today. I was trying to match my colour with a photo of my trouser suit. Caitie tried very hard to match the colour and tried a few colours, before i chose two different colours for the next time, when I am going to an event.

I originally went in for a colour consultation with Nicole and she was excellent, really listened to what I wanted. Poppy coloured my hair and she done a fantastic job! So pleased how well it turned out. Michelle followed on with cut and blow dry and again result was really good. Would highly recommend all 3.
