First time with Ailsa, she asked what I wanted, listened and did a beautiful cut. Professional and friendly. Young woman who washed my hair did it well.

Natalie cut and coloured my hair today for the first time and I absolutely love it!! I came in for a hair consultation last week and Natalie listened to what I wanted, showing me colour charts and talking me through what she would do. I felt so at ease today and my hair is absolutely beautiful! Natalie has really transformed my brassy blonde to a more lived in and natural colour. It’s beautiful and I’ve had lots of compliments already. Next appointment is booked as I’m so happy and it’s exactly what I wanted. Thank you Natalie!!

We have been brining my wee boy along since he was a baby and Sean is always so patient with him. He makes sure that he knows what is going to happen - like with the water spray or hairdryer - before he does anything. The haircut was amazing as always and my wee boy loves it so much. I’ve been getting my face wax done by Carine since day one and I don’t think I would ever go to anyone else cuz she makes me feel so comfortable and I love our little chit chats as well. She’s so good at what she does.

I received a friendly but professional service from Ryan who really listened and gave me the colour I wanted together with a sprinkle of highlights/lowlights. My hair looks great, thank you Ryan! You always deliver great results!!!

Natalie done an amazing job as always. I had a complete style change and went drastically shorter and she executed the cut beautifully. Very happy with it. She gave me exactly what I wanted and we had a great conversation. Staff are always very lovely and I had a really nice latte that was presented very fancy with a biscuit and jar of popcorn which was a nice touch. Great experience.

Rachael always greets you with a big smile her work is excellent and has introduced new colours to me that I would never have thought about (I like black) now I'm into nice bright shades. She cheers me up when I'm having a down day I always leave with a smile in my face

I booked an appointment today to sort out a haircut failure. Chloe was brilliant at improving it, given the big disastrous situation I handed her, and at providing advice on how to get it back to where I wanted it. I am thankful to her.

Emma never lets me down. I like a razor cut since I have short hair and it lies better and lasts longer.

As someone with an allergy to hair dye, I always feel in safe hands at Lime with Megan skillfully colouring and Katie carefully removing the foils and washing my hair. I'm delighted with my hair colour and cut.

Booked in for curls no shampoo and my hair looks amazing. Neve done my hair exactly how I wanted it.

I was very pleased at the care Chelsea took today to remove the old builder from my nails, then redo the fresh builder and nail varnish. My nails are perfect.
