Chloe was an amazing stylist!! She listened to all my wants for the appointment doing so through showing me the colour chart, asking me questions and being incredibly comfortable to talk to. She was so delightful to be around and I recommend everyone to book with her

Ria was extremely helpful helping me decide on a cut that would suit my daughter and be realistically manageable, and included her in the discussions so she felt like she had a big say in the process. The hair came out lovely and made my girl look so grown up! She was brilliant with my daughter (who has had difficulty getting haircuts before and can be very shy) and made the experience so enjoyable that she has asked me if I can make sure I always get Ria to cut her hair from now on! :)

Been a client at Lime Salon since back in the day of the wee salon in the High Street .. and I wouldn't go anywhere else .. Nicole knows how I like my hair trimmed .. pretty sure she could do it blindfolded by now but wont put that to the test just yet :))

Finally, a salon with customer service at heart! Met John for a consultation to explain my issues and what I was looking for to 'fix' my hair. I felt so at ease with John, and really feel like he listened and cared. I absolutely love my cut. What a difference! All staff were super friendly and professional and the salon itself is very modern and comfortable. I highly recommend a visit. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, and I can't wait to go back!

After consultation with the Ryan, I decided to go for a new look with changing my hair colour, highlights to lowlights. I was not only looked after by Megan with my locks, but entertained with the chat and enjoyed my fruity irn bru tea. Megan checked in with me throughout the experience and showed interest in the end result, after John cut and styled my hair. Every visit to the Lime is always fun and relaxing, the atmosphere there is certainly welcoming and you are guaranteed a laugh. Exceptional service, always feel treated like a VIP!

I absolutely love coming to lime and the staff always make me feel so good which is why I keep coming back. Neve did a great job of my hair and so did Ria, there was a slight mistake but that was quickly fixed without a big deal and handled very professionally. However, I was in the salon for 5 hours and I felt quite passed around by the staff, everyone seemed busy so every couple minutes it felt like a new person was coming over to fix my hair. All with the same comments ‘you’ve got a lot of hair’ which is true but I felt like I was inconveniencing them because they were busy and my hair takes a while. I really don’t think there are any bad intentions and all the staff are wonderful but today was the first time leaving my appointment feeling not pretty but more like an inconvenience.

So happy with outcome. Showed a few pics and Jemma nailed it. As usual all staff are so nice and welcoming.Always feels like a treat.

I have been a client of Michelle's for a good while and always look forward to my visit knowing that Michelle is interested in what I want done with my hair, she is a good listener if there is a problem and will give advice for a way forward.

I had a Mega appointment having my brows, lashes & hair done. Sarah (brows), Caitee (lashes) & Jasmine (hair) all did a fantastic job.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. My highlights turned out beautifully, and my curly haircut was exactly what I wanted. The luxurious treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft, healthy and refreshed. The stylist was attentive, listened carefully to my preferences and left my hair exactly the way I like it. I felt truly looked after throughout my appointment and would highly recommend this salon!

Another fantastic cut from Emma. She just knows my hair and how a razor cut opposed to scissors works better in keeping the shape for longer. I’d recommend anyone with short hair to give a razor cut a go.

Ria always takes time to chat aboot what I want done with my hair. We discuss future goals too.
She doesn’t make the appointment feel rushed.
She remembered things about me and accommodates that.
She seems to know when to chat and when to let me chill.

Brought my daughter for a haircut today and we were both happy. Lucy asked my daughter what she wanted, gave her exactly that and even offered to curl it at the end of the appointment, which was a lovely touch. Thanks so much!

Neave usually cuts my hair but today I just had a blow dry and curl which has set off the colour beautifully.
