Great experience as usual with my stylist Lynsey, always enjoy my visit to innovate also the two new girls Halle and Marni were lovely , Marni did my shampoo and Halle blow dried and curled my hair , very happy with the end result , thank you ladies

My first time at the salon after being let down by my previous hairdresser and will certainly be back. Kerry was lovely and really understood what I was looking for .

First visit to the salon and I was very well looked after by the team. Wendy took the time to listen to my hair needs and provided me with sound advice. I am so pleased with my new bob style and Wendy’s attention to detail with carrying out precision cutting was outstanding.

Wendy's skill in cutting and colouring are super and she never disappoints!

I booked in for a bouncy blow dry however I got the exact opposite of what I booked. The girl doing blow dry wasn’t trained nor able to blow dry my hair and I was in for 2 hours and could have done better job myself. Hair was totally flat as a pancake when I left despite showing pic of what I asked for. Not really the juniors fault as she should not be allowed to do blow drys if she isn’t able to do them properly. Will not return to salon based on last experience!

I needed a completely new restyle due to a recent bad haircut. Amy did an absolutely brilliant job of cutting and restyling my hair into a proper style. I was very pleased with my visit today and would definitely go back to this hairdressers again. Well done and a HUGE thank you once again to Amy.

Lovely salon. I was a bit late (5 mins) but was no trouble for the girls. Lovely girl on reception (sorry I didn't get her name) products really nice and smelling lovely. Was my first time there and I will go back again.

After 2 years of retuning to my old hairdresser now 200 miles away, and a covid year of nothing , I came to Inovate very nervous. Lynsey couldn’t have been kinder or more understanding. She has now cut my hair twice and I now have a beautiful style that falls into place with the minimum amount of fuss. Well done Linsey you have succeeded where no-one else has. . Thank you .
