Wendy was great today - she captured what I wanted from the pictures I showed her, and convinced me at my previous appointment to try colouring my hair, something I'd never done before. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Thanks.

I found Kate very easy to talk to. Her knowledge of hairdressing was very impressive. A very intelligent lady.

Was my first visit the shop was lovely, Lynsey was very kind and I felt comfortable as I normally feel nervous and awkward in most barber shops or salons, very happy with the cut will defo be back!

Katiya was perfect and patient and did my hair exactly the way I ask I can’t fault my experience at all.

I have been getting my hair done by Katie at innovative for a good few years now. I cannot fault the salon, and the service given by Katie, she is very friendly and makes you feel at ease.

1st July, and it's a beautiful morning to nip down to the salon and part company with all the unnecessary locks!
Sadly, I notice that most, if not all of the hair Katie cuts off is now colourless, but never mind, you always feel so much better for a great haircut, especially in high summer ☀️

I think Wendy knows me really well and she knows what I like and what I will suit. I’ve never been very good at deciding what I want and unlike some stylists, she is really good at suggesting what she thinks I would suit which I really like. It’s a lovely open salon and I was particularly impressed with the music selection today too.

Lynsey is amazing - she colours and styles my hair beautifully. She takes the time to give me advice on my haircare thank you !

On arrival at the salon Simone asked what I would like to do and we discussed options. I explained I wanted to be less blond but to retain some blond with a good base colour/ not really a clear direction but Simone was able to decipher the request and produced a stirling job. The end result was on a par with colours and cuts I have paid a fortune for in Birmingham, Edinburgh and Nice. Simone is a true professional we are lucky to have her in Duloch.

Today I had a great experience with Katiya. She did a fantastic job with my hair which is thick and curly. She is always very kind and considerate when chatting. Thanks so much xx

Although the sharp price rises in hairdressing have been concerning, and have reduced the number of visits id normally have, Inovate's prices were a bit more reasonable. Would be a bit more relaxed in this hairdressers if there were the usual neck rests on the sinks, think this is more than just a comfort thing, as i read an article years ago that it was a health issue for your neck. But overall i enjoyed the chilled atmosphere, and Simone did a great job.

Love the colour but not impressed having a 17 year old styling my hair it wasn’t finished right and had a bump at the back that I had to straighten out when I got home. Especially when you pay £130 Kerry you did a great job with my colour but would’ve loved to have you finish it off
