Had my colour & cut done by Halle. Halle is very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained everything she was doing step by step and I felt so at ease. A wonderful, relaxing experience from start to finish.

I come to the hairdresser about once a year and come to Innovate 3 times now, Halle was very genuine and helpful for me. I never know what will suit me or what I want and Halle was incredibly helpful with amazing ideas and suggestions. She made sure I felt at ease from the get go and has made me feel a lot more confident about coming back sooner and to try more things with my hair. The best experience I’ve had by far at any salon.

I absolutely love coming to your salon. I always feel soo welcomed. Kerry is my angel!! She always does such an amazing job of my hair, listens to me moaning and just makes me feel 100times better!!! I Love coming to see her and getting pampered!!

As always, it's a super experience with Halle and the haircut is never a let down.

Katie has cut my hair since sorry I can't remember her name, but she was Dutch and moved back home with her family. Can not fault Katie with her cutting and styling skills.

After getting a text reminder from the salon I popped in on the off chance I could get an appointment over the next couple of days. Kate was very accommodating as always and managed to get me in later that day. Great visit, quick wash and cut and I was on my way again. Brilliant team at the salon. Would recommend Innivate to anyone and especially Kate who always manages to make it look as though I have some hair left. Merry Christmas all

Always love my hair after Halle does them , I use salon for good 5+ years and Halle is my favourite stylist. She has amazing hand and helps my hair condition improve a lot. My hair feels healthier and looks shiny and they been though a lot trough the years . Please visit Halle so you'll understand what I mean. If i could I wouldn't leave more stars.

Was my first visit the shop was lovely, Lynsey was very kind and I felt comfortable as I normally feel nervous and awkward in most barber shops or salons, very happy with the cut will defo be back!
