I had the heavenly heels treatment with reflexology and I fell asleep! I was so relaxed and chilled - thank you that was sooooo needed

Can always guarantee a lovely experience with Yaxley and the girls. I asked Natasha to pin my hair for a night out a few weeks ago for bouncy full look. My hair normally drops and looks flat by the middle of the night. So I was so pleased when the results kept my hair full and bouncy the whole night and the next day.
I had it done again today. Can't wait to see how it looks. Thank you Natasha . Love that we love Keanu. You are the best

This was my 2nd visit and my hair is feeling and looks so much better. Already booked my next visit. Love the atmosphere in the salon. Everyone is friendly and Phoebe cut my hair just as I asked.

I had the most relaxing eyebrow wax with Ria. I literally could have fallen asleep.

I had an idea what I wanted today but Natasha helped me with the fine details and I’m very happy with the result. My hair feels and looks thicker and in lovely condition 👍

I always look forward to having my hair done by Phoebe, however, yesterday was brilliant. I asked for a re-style and Phoebe gave me a fresh new look by updating my Bob with a stylish, softly graduated Bob. Thank you once again Phoebe. So pleased.

Lily loves coming in and having her hair done by Megan . When we ask Megan about products/ how to curl and straighten hair she gives us great advise and shows us how to do the styles and it’s great that Lily listens . Always smiling and makes us feel welcome coming into the salon

Hope made me feel special and was intent on explaining what the procedure was and the outcome I could expect, going the extra mile in taking a swatch of my hair and to process it, giving me n indication of the quality of my hair to see if it could undergo the suggested treatment

I visited today after previously having a bad haircut and wasn’t sure what could be done, Ria listened and the end result was lovely! So happy with it. Lovely head massage with the conditioner at basin, very relaxing. Those little details make all the difference

I explained to Hope that I just wanted about 1cm off of the length and that my long layers needed trimming. She did a great job and I'm really pleased with the cut. Thank you Hope.

My daughter is very happy with her hair cut

Phoebe has been cutting mine and my daughter’s hair for some time, she did my daughter’s first cut and I’m so happy with her. She’s great at my hair and so lovely, but excels herself with my daughter. As a 5 year old, my daughter is wiggly and finds it hard to sit still for long; Phoebe is nothing but patient and she encourages my daughter kindly and explains what she is doing. My daughter loves going to the salon, she has a full wash; cut and dry and I know as she gets older this luxury of hers is going to cost me. It can’t be easy to cut hair or a 5 year old but Phoebe bossed it. Thank you for always being so welcoming, loving and just a nice person x
