I booked a wash cut and blowdry with Elle, she was doing a discount as qualifying for her level 2 but you would have never known! She did an amazing cut on my hair, exactly what I wanted, she styled it beautifully, didn’t rush. I was at ease the whole appointment. I would have honestly thought she had been doing hair for 10+ years and on top of that she seems like such a beautiful person. Can see a very successful career ahead of her and will definitely be booking with her again!

What an absolutely amazing experience. The most relaxing treatment ive ever had. The beautiful smells, Trinity was so professional yet genuinely friendly which made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The different techniques & products used together with the perfect amount of pressure made for the ultimate stress relief.
The photos of before & after of the condition of my scalp were incredible. Have already posted on my Facebook page ( Emma Kane) and telling all my friends and family they need to book!

Today I was at my usual salon but my stylist rudely decided to take her holiday when I had an appointment Inly kidding Natasha...hope you are having a fab time in Cornwall. I managed to bag the Boss, yes the big Boss the creator of Yaxley and Mum to a sassy little gem of a lady, Raya. Phil did my hair so well. In all my years Phil has never done my hair before. I loved it....she's amazing 👏 🤩. Natasha move over.....Phil is my new stylist! And I got introduced to Steph.....and saw the ducklings. All in all a great night....I saw Ria and Trinity and my hair feels incredible. Thanks Yaxley

An overall great salon

I recently treated myself to a Japanese head spa, and wow — it was pure magic. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calming and serene, with soft music, that instantly set the mood.

The treatment itself was incredible. It started with a soothing scalp analysis, followed by a luxurious cleanse that felt like a spa for my soul.

By the end, not only did my scalp feel refreshed and healthy, but I was also deeply relaxed.

If you’ve never had a Japanese head spa before — do it. It’s self-care on a whole new level. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely place really friendly staff the only I’d say I wished she had cut more off as I did ask for a couple of inches but didn’t really have time to stay any longer

Had a lovely appointment for a colour change – Elle was friendly & professional, guided by Phillipa who really listened to what I wanted. Absolutely love the result. I was really worried that having a colour change would ruin the condition of my hair but with the care and attention from Elle overseen by Phillipa I needn’t of worried. Highly recommend Yaxley. Elle reassured me throughout the process, she really is a great budding hairdresser.
