Ria has done my balayage twice now and she gets it perfect every time! The colour looks so natural but also enough to notice a change, and the cut is always spot on too! The salon has a great atmosphere, whether you want to chat or just chill and all of the staff are so friendly.

After being recommended by Charlotte, who is already an existing customer. I came in for a hair consultation appointment with Phoebe. She was so so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Wow! I’ve been going to Yaxley for years and I always have such a lovely experience either with my hair with Ria and Hope or my nails with Elise, Chloe or Jade but this weekend I had the privilege of Philippa who not only did my hair for my wedding day but my mum’s and 4 bridesmaids. It was an early start which I really appreciated and she had so much patience. Philippa went above and beyond. I can’t thank you enough. She even helped me put on my necklace and helped with getting photos of our hair. Thank you so much for being part of my day 🩵

The biggest and loveliest surprise was to see Phillippa. She had tracked me doing the Marathon. She was missing Raya-Rose but she took time out to talk to me. That is the level of service you get from Yaxley.

The lady who cut my hair was an absolute delight. She was professional, friendly and efficient - she listened to my preferences and executed them brilliantly. Also, an extremely good booking process and all the ladies who work there were welcoming and lovely. Would 100% recommend

I had the heavenly heels treatment with reflexology and I fell asleep! I was so relaxed and chilled - thank you that was sooooo needed

Haircut, eyebrow wax and tint and pinned hair

Can always guarantee a lovely experience with Yaxley and the girls. I asked Natasha to pin my hair for a night out a few weeks ago for bouncy full look. My hair normally drops and looks flat by the middle of the night. So I was so pleased when the results kept my hair full and bouncy the whole night and the next day.
I had it done again today. Can't wait to see how it looks. Thank you Natasha . Love that we love Keanu. You are the best

This was my 2nd visit and my hair is feeling and looks so much better. Already booked my next visit. Love the atmosphere in the salon. Everyone is friendly and Phoebe cut my hair just as I asked.

I had the most relaxing eyebrow wax with Ria. I literally could have fallen asleep.

I had an idea what I wanted today but Natasha helped me with the fine details and I’m very happy with the result. My hair feels and looks thicker and in lovely condition 👍
