Yaxley Hair & Beauty, Witham, Essex.

Back in 2012 we wanted to create a space that our guests could come to enjoy themselves and really feel the benefits of taking time out for you. We also wanted to offer something new, something bold and cutting edge. We started to build our team, a brave and courageous team of stylists, pushing the boundaries of hair styling and colouring. We wanted a team of stylists that would rock the hair world… And guess what? We have a multi award winning team of stylists that put their all into how you look and feel.

Another Absolutely amazing appointment outcome today, Elle has worked so hard getting me to where my hair is today, the ladys are so lovely always leave me feeling amazing so a massive thankyou however I wasn’t impressed with a lady in there today talking rather close to us clients regarding the bleach not being great and won’t give a good outcome and leave a yellow tinge, for someone that was having bleach done I don’t think this was a great conversation to be having however being a usual client there I was happy to no my hair comes out perfect every time however if I was a newer client I’m not sure this would go down too well

She was very nice and polite I think when mapping it’s important to also ask how the client wants them mine come out really thick and I don’t like thick I like my brows on the thinner side but I called up and explained and it was fixed with no attitude and no hassle she was really nice and understanding and patient so I really respect that and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes the only problem was the thickness but I’m happy now

Had my first lymphatic drainage massage and it was a really positive experience. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, everything was clearly explained, and the environment was calm and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend Trinity!

Elle has done my hair several times. It is wonderful to watch her career develop.
In fact I think she must be a miracle worker because on my way home 2 people asked I was my Granddaughters mummy and someone else called me young!

I booked in after seeing a brilliant deal online for a lash lift with tint and brow wax and tint. I needed a patch test earlier in the week and this was quick and easy to arrange. Sitting upstairs for the appointment the waiting area was so welcoming and calming. The room was nice and I love laying on the heated blanket was so warming a really nice touch. Elise was really nice and the chat followed lovely, I even learnt about K Pop- I had no idea and felt like an old person ha! I am super happy with my brows and lashes- thank you so much!

My second hair appointment with the brilliant Elle. Greeted with a warm smile and offered a drink, Elle makes a great decaf coffee. Elle listened my concerns with my hair and gave great advice. The full experience was brilliant, I felt like she really listened to me and understood. The salon was busy but all the staff and customers were all happy and smiling. Keep up the great work x
