Second time I’ve had my hair done with Megan now. Absolutely love the results, hair feels amazing and much easier to style!

I am 87 years old and not steady on my legs - I use a walking stick. All of the staff are most kind and assist me in getting up and down from the chair and walking

welcoming environment. Ria is lovely. Chatty friendly and a good hairdresser. Very relaxing when she washes my hair with a lovely head massage.

Trinity was so friendly,made me feel very comfortable.

Had a wonderful relaxing wash and blowdry by the very talented Elle this afternoon. A pleasure to see Elle and she is an absolute bright ray of sunshine. A huge thank you also to the lovely Natasha for our chat and a much needed hug. She always takes the time to spend a few minutes with me and offer words of support and encouragement. I’ve been going to Yaxleys for many years now and would never entertain using any other salon. Jo the Salon Manager is always so welcoming, kind and helpful too. The entire Yaxley Team are all amazing, friendly and talented ladies whether you are using their beauty or hairdressing services.

Originally booked in for reflexology but as I had been suffering from tight scapula from desk work I asked if I could swap to neck/shoulder/back + mini facial which I saw on the board out front. Trinity was not phased, it was no trouble and explained she needed to reset the room for this change and quickly and calmly sorted out ready for new treatment.

What amazing new treatment I've found. Trinity works intuitively and has an acute ability to firmly, without being too hard, to find the centre of the niggle areas. A naturally gifted therapist. When I left the right shoulder had eased and moved more freely, my skin needs lots of nourishment and the facial proved just that. Applied in a passionate way, with careful strokes following contours of my face. I left feeling refreshed and glowing after a perfect treatment. Now looking forward to my next booked appointment.

From first consultation to final result I was looked after and I am thrilled with my finished look. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but was advised and guided and Elle made sure I was happy with the plan. Highly recommend this salon and Elle worked a miracle!

I go every Saturday to have my hair washed because I can't do it myself. Elle is wonderful for doing it and then pleating it. It is my weekly pleasure.

I highly recommend Ria. I spoke to her about changing my colour of hair as I only have ever used boxed dye. Ria was fantastic and very helpful in helping me choose a colour that would suit me. Since so speaking with Ria I have booked in to have it transformed lighter with highlights.

Another superb and intuitive massage given by Trinity. In addition to the muscles in your body that need relaxing and soothing there are the small areas such as feet, ankle, knees and sides of calf muscles that can get forgotten about. The environment is good, dimmed lighting and calming spa music help you to drift off.

Trinity is able to identify those areas you did not know you needed working on and as a result is able to deliver a dreamy treatment. Thank you!
