I had a full body massage with Trinity and it was simply divine. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing — Trinity has that rare balance of skill, intuition, and calm presence that makes you feel completely at ease. The pressure was perfect, the flow never rushed, and every part of the treatment felt thoughtful and intentional.

I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely restored. Highly recommended.

My first time having waxing at the salon. Elise was friendly and made me feel relaxed. I am very happy with my treatment and will definitely book again.

The atmosphere in salon always friendly. Everyone working there from reception team to stylist always lovely. I had a cut and finish with Ria today and am so happy as always with result, she has created exactly the style I wanted (my hair is very difficult to work with and they seem to manage it with ease). Although I do love to have an appointment with Ria I must admit I am not very good with booking an appointment in advance so have had experience with many different hair stylists at Yaxley & every time I am so happy with the result they definitely are all very talented and perfect pricing. I have been wanting to get a Japanese head spa for well over a year now, and when I see that Yaxleys now offered them I had to book straight away.
The treatment was amazing and I only wish I had booked for the longer treatment now. Scalp analysis at the start and the end, multiple tools used to massage/ clean the scalp. Very relaxing and highly recommend

I went into salon had consultation showed how I wanted my hair what I got was nothing like I asked it is too short uneven and completely horrible was so upset would never go there again or recommend them to anyone

I have found it difficult since moving to Witham to find someone to shape my eyebrows the way I prefer so they look as natural as possible. Ria listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Thank you, I'll be back to try out other treatments.

I got to have Phil colour my hair and look after me today. The rest of the team are amazing but if you get the opportunity to have your hair done by Phil who is the owner and Boss lady, do it! She is fabulous. I'm not sure how she does it but a great leader with a sassy little angel for a daughter and brings all her skills to my hair and makes me feel fab.
Highly recommend! She gave me some great news too.....so happy for all x
