Excellent service as always. Salon is clean, staff are friendly and I'm very happy with my cut and colour.

Tom has been cutting my hair for the last 15+ years, and he is amazing I travel from grays, I come to the salon and literally let him get on with it as he knows my hair and always knows what suits me... I always feel like a new person when I leave the salon and get the most amazing comments ever...

I haven’t had my haircut in months purely because the last few times I’ve been they were all complete disasters! Lindley was very understanding and gave me exactly what I wanted; lots of tips for styling as well for my type of hair. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent friendly service with a smile

Been going to Toni and Guy Southend for years and refuse to go elsewhere. Kept so clean, all such friendly faces and always happy to help if I’m unsure on something. Iv had my hair stripped and bleached here and my hair has never once been in bad condition, it’s always felt healthy and smooth. The colour always lasts and is as bright and blonde as it was when I left the time before. I recommend them to everyone. I always use Tasha to do my colour as she’s been doing it for years now but have always had either Tasha, Becca or Marcie cut my hair and they always do a good job and such a lovely curly blow dry to end with. I always get so many compliments on the colour and the health and softness of my hair even weeks after having my hair done!

I rarely go to hairdressers, as I never feel confident with my hair and don’t feel anything will work. I rarely leave a hairdressers happy with my hair. Well this experience has totally changed that. I left extremely happy with tips on how to improve and look after my hair. I left loving my hair and cannot wait to return for my next appointment. I can’t thank Lindley and all the staff enough!

Didn’t listen to what was asked for. I said soft layers and I got a choppy layers on one side and nothing on the other side. Very disappointed!

Marcie was lovely as always. I did the keratin treatment with her a few months ago so it was only natural to seek her out for a hair cut and she didn’t disappoint

Natasha always colours my hair and as usual excellent hair colour. Love coming to Toni guys been coming for over 15 years.

Booked my daughter Cerys in for a haircut as it had been badly cut elsewhere, I only booked her in for a basic child’s cut but it ended up being much more than that, as I realised what I was asking for was above what I’d booked in for and felt terrible as it made Tom run late, (sorry), he politely accommodated this but he prides himself on time efficiency so I felt terrible, but wow it was worth it, straight away it looked good but since it’s grown it looks outstanding, every layer cut shows and her hair is feathered perfectly, honestly looks like something out of a magazine, simply fantastic, it has restored her lost faith in hairdressers,and done a lot for her self esteem, thanks Tom in Tony and Guy Southend an artist!

A couple of weeks ago I had my hair highlighted, coloured, cut and blow dried and I could not be happier with the result, and the reason I have waited to post this review was I wanted show off my no look to my friends, and they were all very positive.

Everyone at Toni&Guy were very friendly, Natasha spent time deciding with me on what colour would suit me, and how light to go with the highlights, and after the highlights, Colouring and washing, Marcie cut and blow dried my hair and I was so happy with my colour and styling.

I think on my next visit I will go with a lighter shade of hightlights, and look forward to a few hours of pampering.

I always enjoy my salon experience, the whole team are friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. Natasha who does my hair is a true professional and I always leave thrilled with my new look. She’s a superstar!

Cannot recommend the salon enough, excellent service, all the staff are very polite and friendly. I have been going to this salon since 2012 and have never had a bad service.
