I had a beautiful colour and cut done and was going to a wedding the same day but hadn't booked a hair up appointment, but the staff took alot of effort to move things around so that they could do it for me. I was so thrilled with the end result

Yesterday I had an appointment refreshed highlights with Natasha. As always colours looks amazing.I’ve also tried new hair treatments which gave me very soft and shiny hair. Harvey blow dryer and style my hair and we had a lovely chat together. Thank both of you to make my day - very special treat day. I felt beautiful and relaxed.

I have been going to the Southend Saloon for a number of years now and have always been treated very well by Tom and the team there. They are always pleasant and helpful.

A lovely young lady called Alex washed, cut and blow dried my hair yesterday at Southend Toni & Guy I was a model for her. I have to say what a lovely young stylist. She done a fantastic job on my hair, listened to what I wanted and my hair looked and felt great afterwards. The provide endless drinks as required . Attention to detail is second to none ie a barrier cream is applied to prevent hair dye from colouring my skin , special covers for my specticle arms.
My cut & colour is professionally done to my liking. I enjoy being spoilt and coming out of the salon feeling happy & relaxed.

Fantastic stylist, and his assistant.
Master in his work, extremely polite and caring. I don’t know ABC of hair care and he never makes me feel that I am useless, instead subtly teaches me one or two tricks to handle my hair better.
