I absolutely enjoyed my appointment and loved the results. Jemma is very warm and engaging. She delivered exactly what I asked for.

Toni and Guys is the only salon for me. I am greeted by lovely staff who treat me to espresso and water and take all the time I need to prepare for my colour.
The shop has new tiles and has been cleaned to the highest standards. The toilet is so clean I could cook in there.
Tom the manager worked so hard on getting the salon ready for opening after the virus hit Southend and the UK! I often walked by and as a customer he knew I was excited for opening day!
My hair had foils and the result was blonde and beautiful. A new colour at #TandG has lifted my spirits. I am returning soon for a tint.

The hair is now blonde again and shiny. I got my espresso and water so I was happy. The salon is all rejuvenated with PPE and a new floor and the WC was so clean I could have cooked in there! Tom told me when they would reopen so I got down there asap.
For a professional friendly hair "love-in"; there is no other salon like Toni and Guys!

Jemma obviously took the new way of working seriously, but talked me through it so it wasn't so much of a shock throughout the haircut. Perfect haircut, lovely chat and her colleagues were also very chipper (baring in mind how busy and indepth their new working styles are!)

Highly professional friendly salon. Had an amazing haircut with Lindley after I'd hacked my own hair during lockdown. Very pleased with result and loved the head massage.

Tom is the best hairdresser I have ever had by far. Every time I leave the salon everything is perfect & just what I wanted. He also explains the products and treatments which are best for my hair. This is a five star salon and Tom is a five star stylist.

Salon was immaculate and we were spaced out safely-best of all, I went in with 4 inches of roots and came out like a princess!!

I was returning to Toni & Guy since the other salon closed last year therefore I was really happy with the new stylist at the Southend branch. My re-style suggestions were followed and it was great to hear the senior stylists feedback and techniques used to achieve the look. Excellent hair cut and service, social distancing & cleanliness levels were also achieved.

I felt that we had great communication all the way through. He took on board what I wanted, talked me through what he was doing, and clearly explained any recommendations he had. I also learnt a fair bit about my hair and what products I should try using on it.

It was strange wearing all the PPE - but everyone is very professional and the experience was positive.

I was misinformed on the price as I’m
Normally charged £66 for my hair And had to pay £103. I was never informed that the price had changed or they was upping the cost of my hair. But! All in all I love my hair and extremely happy with the results!

Lovely! The salon is immaculate & spotless. Tom knew exactly what I meant when I tried to explain the style I wanted.
Always made very welcome. Couldn’t be happier, worth the wait.
