The cut and colour were very good as always. I wish I had had more cut off the length now, but that’s my fault. I was disappointed with the hair wash, however. The care and chat of the assistant was excellent but I missed having a really good, deep clean and head massage, it was very light touch and brief and not something I would have looked forward to as part of the overall experience. This is the second time in a row I have felt this to be the case.

This was the first time that Abigail had cut my hair. Usually I have Chris or Will. I told her the problems with my hair and how I would like it cut. As she was cutting She talked me through what she was doing and I was pleased with the result. I have a voucher but would have asked for her again anyway. I like to dry different stylists at the salon but have always been happy with the results in the 15 years I have been going there.

I’m really happy with the cut. The flicky fringe was exactly what I wanted. Holly also chatted with me about shampoo and conditioner as I was not happy with the one I’m using currently.
