I hadn't visited a salon for years, hated my hair and it was far from being my crowning glory as every woman wants. I was pushed by a good friend to book an appointment at Law. From the moment I walked through the door Steve took good care of me. As a Trichologist he looked at my hair and was able to read my life over the last month without me saying a word. The stress I'd been living with and my age, (peri)menopause, was evident. I followed his advice to visit GP, as he could see there was a vitamin deficiency issue, I did and he was 100% correct. After an amazing cut, lots of education about what was going on with my hair and why; Steve advised me how to work with what was left (after shedding and too many years of box colours), I knew I could trust his suggestions. Steve also coloured my hair, selected the ideal colour for me. I can now say with pride, I love my hair again! Stepped into Law nervous and in despair, stepped out with more than a re- style; it was a therapy session!

I am absolutely in love with my hair. At the beginning of the appointment I explained what I wanted, and Jools explained the process and what type of products she would be using to get the outcome I wanted, and she really brought my idea to life. We did a full head of highlights, then I let Jools pick the shade of pink, and it’s absolutely beautiful and so vibrant. It really depicts my personality and vibe. The highlights also give it so much character 11/10 would recommend! All the stylists are so lovely and were also so complimentary about the colour. Overall the salon just has such a friendly, welcoming vibe.
