I was really happy with my haircut and shelly is very good and professional.

Kelly and Shelly both very skilled , will take the idea you want and make it work for your hair and face . Lovely salon in general , staff friendly and welcoming , modern with good atmosphere.

This fantastic salon is second to none in my experience of visiting many different salons. Initial free consultation was very helpful and it got even better in the actual appointment. Their communication with clients is excellent. They spent time listening carefully and responding in detail to my exact needs. Charlie's colouring was clearly expert and she was so caring. I knew I was in very safe hands and the result (platinum blonde) was outstanding after my hopeless home attempts! Billy then did the best short cut I've ever had. It might not be cheap but it is worth it. They rescued my hair in a way no-one else was really prepared to attempt. This will be my regular salon from now on. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much guys!

Lucy was really professional & helpful throughout my cut. I told her I wanted to try something new & she really guided me through & created a look I am really pleased with. I also want to mention the lady who washed my hair was fantastic. She gave a head massage & was lovely to speak to

As usual a very pleasant experience and great haircut. Please tell Shelly she was right about my eyes , the next day my leg fell off. Luckily it was caught by passing fly and so all good now.

He’s so thoughtful and always looking after everyone whilst he has an eye and an ear out as to what’s going on in his lovely shop

Another fantastic result today. Kelly coloured my hair first - beautiful shade, and Shelley cut it as she usually does, with skill, care and imagination. Came out feeling like a Celeb!!

Billy did exactly as I asked - and gave me a very high quality cut (and blow dry). It was every bit as good as cuts I used to have in top London salons- I shall definitely be going back.

Honestly awful. I have had her before and she was the same then. She rushes, is so abrupt and doesnt listen to what you ask her to do. She did a blowdry in 30 mins with a juniour to pin curl it. This isnt a problem, but it was so loose, she didnt check his work and charges senior level when it was the juniour doing most of the work.

Had a hair colour changed today by Charlie, she is Very Professional and made me feel completely at ease, my hair is beautiful I’m so happy with it gave me the lift I need thank you.

Kelly did a fantastic job on my hair colour. I wasn’t sure what colour to go for but Kelly recommended the Jlo look- a true hollywood hairdo! I absolutely love it!

Kelly gave lots of advice on colour and it turned out great. Billy then blow dried it perfectly and again more good advice on conditioning.

Always feel comfortable that Billy understands my scalp condition and works with that to style my hair to best advantage. Billy and all staff are friendly but not intrusive. Thank you x

I was walk in first time customer and had a lovely experience. Good wash and head massage. I talked with Lucy about what I wanted and she made some good suggestions. Very happy with my cut. Will definitely book with Lucy again.

Absolutely brilliant stylist .. listens to how you would like your hair styled & advises accordingly - cannot compliment enough.

I’ve only eve had one keratin treatment done before (not at Hobs) and having had this treatment with Billy all I can say is WOW!! Don’t think think the previous time I had it elsewhere cld have been keratin compared to Hobs!

Absolutely fantastic results and will definitely do again - my hair feels so light and so quick to manage now, I love it.

So grateful to Billy and especially for opening the salon early to fit me in - thank you so much as ever :)

No looking back now - will make this part of my routine for sure.

I also had Kelly for my colour and apprentice Natasha who did my washes and head massage. Brilliant device from all of them and very happy with my colour and cut, Apprentices Amy and Natasha were lovely and friendly and I would go back again even just for the head massage - thank you

I attended the salon on Sunday 13 June for a half head of highlights with ***** and a cut and blow dry with Lucy.

To my shock after my hair had been finished, I noticed that I had dried in hair dye on my face and also along the hairline. I also noticed my roots had not been done. After having a half head of highlights I expect the roots to be done. I mentioned this to ***** and she said ‘well you had highlights’. That’s no excuse. This was not cheap either and I will never return to this salon.

As soon as I got home I had to jump in the shower to remove the hair dye still on my face and hairline.

Kay spent time understanding exactly what I wanted with my cut and it turned out great. The girl who washed my hair was also very friendly and helpful.

Chloe cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I am very pleased as it is easy to style and looks great.

I had an excellent blow dry by Lucy today. She doesn’t know my hair and it’s the first time she had styled my hair. But I left with a gorgeous bouncy blow dry that lasted well. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you @HOB Salon Loughton

My hair has genuinely never looked nicer, I love it so much, all staff were so lovely, and I felt safe despite the COVID-19 situation. Overall a wonderful experience.
