I took my 10 year old daughter for a haircut this afternoon. We were greeted by the reception team as we entered. My daughter was pleasantly surprised & enjoyed her wash & head massage & came away with a beautifully clean haircut by Nicole who is always attentive & demonstrates attention to detail. Thank you ☺️

Billy has been cutting my hair for about 3 years and even though I've moved to near Portsmouth in that time I still travel to Loughton to get my hair cut!! He is a true professional, totally passionate about what he does, listens and discusses different options and cuts my difficult hair amazingly. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The prime reason I went to jobs was that I thought their colouring consultant understood colouring and what I wanted. The lady has no idea and I have been left with a bit of red on the top of my head that just doesn’t fit into anything. Awful!!!! And the whole experience cost me £140 - including a cut which was reasonable but the colouring - never again!

Awful awful awful. You go to have your hair done and you are supposed to feel great but I have had my worst experience ever. The colouring was awful and needed to be redone - so if you say I don’t want to come out with my hair red / well that’s how you come out. The lady said, after she put lights and rooted my hair that we would look at pictures - well that went out of the window and I had red toner in my hair that was not even applied properly. The cut was just a chop without an idea of style. The whole experience was awful and not a place I would ever recommend.

I have been a customer at Hobbs for the past 16/17 years. I have had 2 stylist in that time and found them to be caring and professional. Due to my stylish being on maternity leave the last 2 cuts have been with Billy, the manager. The experience is what I expect from Hobbs. Billy took time to discuss my hair and time and care when cutting and blow drying. I felt a million dollars when I walked of the salon and can't fault the service I received. Would recommend Billy without hesitation. 😆
