I’m very pleased with the haircut, he’s done exactly what I wanted, and the finish look is beautiful, he also carefully took a sample of my hair to do a colour sample before I dye it, the lady washing my hair was great too, she took her time washing it thoroughly just how I like it. I took my 10 year old daughter for a haircut this afternoon. We were greeted by the reception team as we entered. Billy has been cutting my hair for about 3 years and even though I've moved to near Portsmouth in that time I still travel to Loughton to get my hair cut!! He is a true professional, totally passionate about what he does, listens and discusses different options and cuts my difficult hair amazingly. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The prime reason I went to jobs was that I thought their colouring consultant understood colouring and what I wanted. The lady has no idea and I have been left with a bit of red on the top of my head that just doesn’t fit into anything. Awful!!!! And the whole experience cost me £140 - including a cut which was reasonable but the colouring - never again!

Awful awful awful. You go to have your hair done and you are supposed to feel great but I have had my worst experience ever. The colouring was awful and needed to be redone - so if you say I don’t want to come out with my hair red / well that’s how you come out. The lady said, after she put lights and rooted my hair that we would look at pictures - well that went out of the window and I had red toner in my hair that was not even applied properly. The cut was just a chop without an idea of style. The whole experience was awful and not a place I would ever recommend.
