Been going here and having hair done by Jodie for about four years.
Always a lovely experience, whole team are very Friendly and welcoming.
Jodie always does a brilliant colour and cut and takes time to make sure it's just right.
Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I usually feel anxious having haircut but Bethany puts me at ease and I am pleased with my haircut

Everything about my treatment was explained to me and I was given the time to ask questions.
I was very pleased with the end result of the highlights, better than I expected.

The salon was welcoming, clean and tidy. All the staff here are lovely people and are good ambassadors for the company. Jodie discussed my cut and colours with me and was professional in all aspects of her work, her workstation was clean and tidy. I was delighted with the outcome of the service and would highly recommend Regis at Lakeside.

Steph does such a good job. I walked out of the salon really happy with my hair and she was so speedy for a full set of highlights.

Mirlinda has been doing my hair for over a year now and leaves me feeling like a new woman every time. She is friendly and professional, just what you want in your hair dresser. Could not recommend her enough and will continue to come to her until she retires ?

Pam was very attentive, gave good advice and was very friendly. I would definitely return for Pam to cut my hair.

Had a haircut and balayage with *********. She kept cutting and cutting way shorter than I had asked, even more so post blow dry, and the cut looks very choppy, not well blended at all. The colour is not what I asked for, I asked for a dark brown and even showed pictures, but doesn’t look like it at all. My friends have pointed out there’s parts of my hair that have bleached wrong, literally looks like two random round spots near the top of my head at the back. She didn’t even point this out to me when I left, very poor service and poor skills especially for the amount of money I paid!!!

Honest, friendly and so professional. She made my daughter so happy today.

The shop and work station was clean and tidy and the usual great atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Bethany and I discussed what I wanted from the appt and the result was lovely. Bethany has great orople and communication skills and is both professional and friendly. I am 100% happy with my hair cut and colours.

Faye every time I see her, listens to my requests and then cuts me exactly what I asked for. Cannot fault her at all. So happy after every haircut and on this occasion over the moon!

Full head of highlights & lots of thick hair cut off by Mirlinda. Can’t praise Mirlinda enough, wouldn’t let anyone else do my hair. Colour looks great & very particular about cut as my hair so thick, but styled it beautifully. Mirlinda attention to detail is outstanding & makes someone who can get anxiety at ease.

From I moment I walked though the door I felt welcomed and relaxed mirlinda was lovely and explained step by step what I was having done she's a lovely bubble and easy to talk to. My highlight turned out the best I've ever seen, definitely would highly recommend and can't wait to return thanks

Mirlinda was very accomodating and went over and beyond giving me tips and advice on my hair type and style. She is lovely and i really like the way she came across throughout my time at saloon. She is very friendly approachable and very professional.

So after a lot of struggle & trust to find the right hairdresser I fount her today! Absolutely love my hair , Mirlinda was amazing she listened and knew exactly what I was after I have never felt so comfortable will definitely be returning xx

Friendly, knowledgeable experience

I have been having my hair cut by Jodie for a while, she is always very friendly and helpful.
After losing my hair due to illness Jodie helped me by giving me options as my hair was growing back. It is now in a beautiful style which I always get comments on

The lady was lovely and she tried her hardest from what I could see and that’s why I made no complaint but I had to re blow dry my hair when I got home ! Went in for a wash and blow dry and I came out looking like a frizzy lion. They can not do mixed race hair. I don’t even have hard hair other salons can do it even super cuts. What I will say is , the colours cuts and blow dries on European hair look great and the staff where so lovely.

Jodie understands my hair and she understands me a great relationship has been built up over a long time. Jodie is a great ambassador for Regis and her hair service is always carried out with respect and attention to quality.

I attend Regis on a regular basis and Jodie does my hair. She is a lovely young woman. Extremely friendly and very very good at her job. All staff lovely.
