HOB Hair Salon Epping, Essex

My customer experience at the Epping salon has always been fantastic. Recently there was an issue with my booking and Gemma was very apologetic and quick to resolve the issue which I really appreciated. I was grateful to Daniel who stayed late to fit me in quickly. I really value Daniel's attention to detail and the time he takes to colour my hair. In fact I wouldn't have anyone else colour my hair!

I entered the salon with lockdown hair and left with a lovely shiny graduated bob cut. I have since been back to Maria for a wash/b’dry. I’m very pleased to have found HOB recommended by neighbour.

Really loved my first visit to Hobbs recommended by my sister. Everyone has complimented me on my colour in my cut really love it. Thank you Sophia x

I had a wonderful experience at this salon yesterday. All the staff are so friendly and Hannah was excellent I am so pleased with my cut and colour and will definitely be going back!

Only issue was two staff members wearing face masks below their noses.

What a buzzing, fantastic salon. I have followed Daniel around for years and finally found him again here and couldn’t be happier. A hairdresser who does what I want instead of what they want!! All staff were super friendly, I was offered a great deal if I return and the time slots as early as 8am is incredibly convenient for me and will definitely intice me back.

I love going to Hob Salons Epping. They are the best! Hannah has been cutting my hair for a number of years and she is fab! Beth always knows what to do with my colour and I always leave feeling like a new woman.

I have been going to Hobs for many years and Hannah has been my stylist both at Loughton and Epping. Hannah in my opinion is excellent both has stylist and manager. I also have Beth who is my colourist who is very good

Hannah and her team at hobs provide the best blow drys in the world I’ve travelled far and wide and just love Hob Salons!

The service and team are both absolutely exceptional ! Hanna runs an amazing team ! I not with any specific stylist .. everyone of them are exceptional ! I can always pop in at last minute as I live a very busy life working full always and I cannot pre book appoints . My appointments are always Last minute and I have never been turned away! The team are always welcoming warm, friendly !

Lovely experience...nice head massage with the wash ,and Maria listened to what I wanted and cut it really well. Layered my hair so it blended in really well with the style and asked how I wanted it dried .Was really pleased with it and would definitely recommend her .

Hair felt amazing, looking glowing and healthy, after my regular root touch up and blow dry with Sophie. Love the products and Sophie just knows how to make my hair look fabulous.

I can’t thank Sophia enough for her knowledge, professionalism and patience (I have a lot of hair!) in working her magic in creating an Autumn inspired new look. My hair before was dry, frizzy and in need of a cut. Olaplex in the colour has restored life back to my hair. It feels great, looks amazing. Very happy with the results. It was my first time to Hobbs salon Epping and was very happy with the service and the salon. I’ve booked in my next appointment so see you soon! Highly recommend.
