HOB Hair Salon Epping, Essex

Sophia was excellent. I was having a big change from hip length hair to armpit length. She made sure I was looked after by offering refreshments and took great care and time in my hair. She was sure to check in throughout to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing too. She gave me a great bouncy blow dry after too which wasn’t rushed. I left feeling fabulous!

Beth bleached my son’s hair (Phil Foden style), and was attentive throughout the process, explaining everything she was doing. I was fortunate enough to get a gorgeous curly blow- dry (Blow Dry on the Day) while I was there. Such a great afternoon. My son was absolutely thrilled!

Hannah is the queen on blow dry’s! Popped in for a blow dry ahead of an event, left feeling incredible.

As always Maria cut my hair perfectly. She is so good at what she does and has a very easy going personality. I am a regular customer and always impressed with the service.

Daniel is not only a fantastic colourist but excellent at cutting hair. An all round fantastic hairdresser.
He offers great advice on both cut and colour.

My customer experience at the Epping salon has always been fantastic. Recently there was an issue with my booking and Gemma was very apologetic and quick to resolve the issue which I really appreciated. I was grateful to Daniel who stayed late to fit me in quickly. I really value Daniel's attention to detail and the time he takes to colour my hair. In fact I wouldn't have anyone else colour my hair!

I entered the salon with lockdown hair and left with a lovely shiny graduated bob cut. I have since been back to Maria for a wash/b’dry. I’m very pleased to have found HOB recommended by neighbour.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon yesterday. All the staff are so friendly and Hannah was excellent I am so pleased with my cut and colour and will definitely be going back!

Only issue was two staff members wearing face masks below their noses.

What a buzzing, fantastic salon. I have followed Daniel around for years and finally found him again here and couldn’t be happier. A hairdresser who does what I want instead of what they want!! All staff were super friendly, I was offered a great deal if I return and the time slots as early as 8am is incredibly convenient for me and will definitely intice me back.
