I have not had the best luck in the past with hairdressers, I tried a new hairdresser's at Hob on Epping High Road, I was really pleased with my first experience!! I had my hair done as always by Sophia, as she always does my hair exactly how I like it. She’s so friendly and so good at what she does. She makes me feel so at ease as we always discuss what she’s gonna do before she does it. She always listens and advises me really well. And never does anything to my hair unnecessarily.
However, today I do have to mention that I was actually quoted a different price as to what was said on Saturday so I’m a little bit unhappy about this. I was quoted £190 and then had to pay £212 today. It’s lucky I had the money as I only managed to get what was quoted. So I’d like next time to discuss prices first, but I’m happy to pay for Sophia as she is really good. I just wanted to have been asked first before just going ahead and assuming it was okay.
