I made my first visit on 24 April 19 to have my hair recoloured in a new style. Julie looked after me exceptionally with the colouring aspect and was very realistic about my goals. I went to see her on purely having previously seeing a lady who had amazing hair who I had to ask ‘where do you get your hair done please?’ After 5 years going to the same salon I took a chance to going to The Hair Factory and can only wish I’d gone sooner. All the staff were a friendly team and very welcoming, the salon was tidy, clean and modern. I hope to return to have a recolour and maybe slight tweak-upon Julie’s professionally guidance in the very near future. I am so happy with the results after my visit and I would highly recommend this Salon.

I find it totally fantastic. Real professionals and so helpful, getting you a drink when you arrive. Discuss your concerns concerning your hair. Give helpful advice and come out like I have been so lucky !!
