To say that I am over the moon with my hair would be an understatement. After having surgery my hair had thinned and was very tired looking. Julie went through the options and together we made a plan for this and future appointments. The style and cut suited me and my hair. I would happily recommend The Hair Factory all the staff are highly trained and qualified in all the latest styles, trends and tints. The salon is airy, comfortable and the coffee is good too.

I have been going to Julie to get my hair cut for the past 20 odd years and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. It is a lovely clean and bright salon where all the staff are friendly.
I went for my appointment today and got a warm welcome, and a cup of tea, from Sue and a lovely head massage from Colleen.

As usual Martin has cut and styled my hair lovely. Today loved the back cut. Yes great.

I've been coming to this salon for over 20 years and they have seen me through so many different hairstyles and colours, and have always listened and left me with a smile and amazing hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else and now most of my family come here too!!

James works with you to give the style you want. Between photos and descriptions I got the hairstyle I had hoped for.

My first time having my hair cut at an actual salon and the experience was very pleasant. Rachel provided excellent advice on what style to aim for and made my hair look the best is has for years!
