Came in after making. Last minute appointment with Lauren. Fantastic consultation and cut. Very lovely and good to chat to and have lots of advice advout styling too. Knowledge and passion for hair came accrross and will be switching to t and G again after some time away whilst growing out (my new cut in bob!) lovely wash and head massage too not to mention my lovely latte and new well advise shiny product! Also to mention last appointmentof day at 7.30 and very relaxed, no rushing at all. Well done t and g. Lovt experience all round a happy customer Thankyou Lauren ???

Waited 35 mins before we were seen. Seems a long wait, would have been nice to be notified before we arrived so we could have done shopping. Haircut good though.

I had a great haircut and blow dry as always, but the hairwashing sinks are probably the most uncomfortable ones I have ever had. I always have a sore patch on the back of my head for a couple of days after my haircut.

Had a second keratin treatment as the first one was so good - really helps remove the 'frizz' from my hair which is quite fine. Jade knows her stuff with this treatment and did a great job. She had had a long day by the time my appointment came around but was lovely and cheery to chat to. The Colchester Toni and Guy staff are always lovely and very helpful.

Premises needs attention. I don't mind paying premium for Toni and guy but do expect the experience to match the price. Leaky roof did not make for a relaxing and professional experience
