I did show the picture for high light but didn’t do what I asked I paid almost £200 to be fresh & how I like for Christmas & I did book this appointment ages ago to enjoy my Christmas with the look I like but unfortunately I could not be disappointed more than this especially with the person I booked

India was most helpful in helping me decide on a colour for my hair. My appointment is now booked for January and allergy test carried out all fine and thank you for a very profeprofessional approach.

I enjoyed service provided by the team. I had my haircut done by Rob who did it very well despite me being somehow difficult client making suggestions. The only thing that needs to be improved is a face towel. I believe that hot towels could be arranged rather then “help yourself” dry towel that needs watering)))

I’m not the best client to deal with - fine hair, phobic and impatient! Rob is so the go to guy. He literally puts the sunshine back into my day! For a hairstyle that rocks and a salon experience to. Opt that does deliver. Yay Rob rocks!!

I absolutely loved my hair cut! I had quite a lot off and now it feels amazing! From the moment I got to the salon I was looked after. The best bit for me was the head massage! Nearly fell asleep! Also I got 20% off which was a bonus when I wasn’t expecting it!

Upon arrival I was put at ease immediately as I have had several bad experiences at previous hairdressers. Arianna my stylist introduced herself and we spoken through what I wanted done and she also offered some ideas. I had a lovely nourishing hair treatment which has left my hair looking and feeling amazing. The overall haircut was lovely and exactly what I wanted.

I had a very relaxing time having my hair cut today . The girl who washed my hair and applied the conditioning mask was excellent and Natalie who cut my hair did a great job as always . She really understands how to tame my wild curls and frizz. Everyone else was really polite and pleasant . I have rebooked again !
