I've been a customer of Tony and Guy for years in different towns. I had my 3rd appt in Colchester branch on Saturday and won't return. I'm happy to pay top price for great hair but you're not providing the service. I spent £129.00 and had to return on Monday to have my cut evened out.

Extremely happy with my experience. I love the fact that Dean concentrates on styling my hair and I don’t have to make conversation. It is rare to find a hairstylist that doesn’t feel the need to make conversation, and I really appreciate that. It is a a relaxing experience. Dean took the time at the outset to understand what I was looking for in a hairstyle and after checking at each the beginning of each appointment, what we are aiming for, concentrates on the task in hand. Today was a pleasurable interlude in a busy day.

In general; staff are wicked but as always, the young lady Emma is lovely to chat to. Makes you feel welcome and is professional with a sense of humour which is nice to see. Emma is clearly proud of her job role and rightly should be. Always walk out of that place with a very decent haircut!

well to be completely honest i wanted to brighten my hair. as its white with blond tones. when finished. in the salon it looked ok. not what i expected. but when seen in natural light looks dull and boring. no light blond. makes my complexation look pale. disappointed.

I was really pleased to be fitted in last minute and the lady who took my booking over the phone was super friendly and helpful. I thought my haircut was a good quality cut. Hannah listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Properly. She was friendly and down to Earth and made me feel at ease. I would trust her to cut my hair again which is massive in light of the fact I’ve had so many disaster hair do’s. Quite expensive but then I expected that with Toni and Guy and I guess I’d rather pay a lot to be sure it’s cut well.
