Ellie took great care with my colouring and delivered exactly the look, tone and colour I asked for. Richard was great in the initial consultation, cut and style with some great maintenance tips and future wedding hair advice! I also had a lovely head massage from one of the trainees. They did everything to fit my appointment in as a late request too, thank you!

Such an amazing cut and Blow Dry. Learnt so much and lest feeling amazing. Always feel so looked after and relaxed after visiting Retreat. All so caring, professional and friendly.

Love the new salon….gorgeous location and design / really connected to the “old” place! The addition of air conditioning is a game changer….and a wonderful haircut(as ever!) by Richard. Highly recommend. Super efficient, very friendly team and now, a lovely new salon!

It's a very friendly salon. I never feel uncomfortable there. Everyone greets you warmly. Gillian is a very skilled stylist and aims for perfection in her work which is what I like about her.

As always my haircut was exactly what I asked for and the style is very manageable coupkres with plenty of advice and tips .

Excellent, full of body that lasts. All the girls very nice.

Eliza and team worked hard to get the color I wanted. Getting rid of the hi lights- I’d opted for a month or so - toning color to the darker color I favor. Came out happy.

Holly is amazing she always understands my Pinterest board vision and delivers, everyone is so nice. Marie has built such an amazing salon and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for advise or treatment on my hair.

I used to avoid going to the hairdresser as it was an experience I did not enjoy. Since attending Retreat as a model for the apprentices, I lhave a new opinion of hair salons and look forward to my visits.
