Upon arrival you are given immediate attention. Has a happy vibe which makes clients feel comfortable. The colour is the best I’ve had and Richard is an amazing stylish.

Gillian helped me bring my wish into reality for donating my hair to the little princess trust charity. She made the process seemless, she knew exactly what she was doing so I had complete faith in her. After the chop she styled it for me into a cute Lob with a side bang and curled it for me and I absolutely loved it! I was nervous for such a huge change to my hair but Gillian made it completely stress free and I actually ended up loving the result! 100/10 ❤️

Turned up looking awful & left with great colour & cut. Maddy provides a good, quick cut which i love. This was first time being coloured by her. Colour was blended well & looked natural

Always pleased with my hair

I went for a model cut and colour. I’m very happy with my haircut today. The colour was beautiful and the cut was just what I wanted. Eliza was very good and she provided an excellent service and Marie oversaw the haircut and colour and made sure the customer was happy with what they wanted and explained how the colour and cut would look. I have been a customer of Retreat for a long time and it’s the only place I would recommend highly. A very welcoming place and friendly stylists.

Wonderful service from the time I was greeted when I walked through the door. Relaxed atmosphere with attention to every detail. Friendly team of stylists, super colour treatment by Eliza and as ever, wonderful cut by Marie.

Paige cut my hair today and it was a pleasure. So friendly and happy. Nothing was a problem, she talked through the whole process. Her knowledge on hair products was second to none! I’d have her in my sales team any day!

Fabulous hair cut and treatment after a holiday in the sun left it looking very dry and unloved.

My stylist was called Ellie I’m not sure which one though, she was fantastic, really professional and helpful. Lovely lady will definitely go back to her.

Ellie coloured my hair and I had a lady rough dry it. She ended up burning my head with the hairdryer I had to keep telling her and thr amount of times she banged my head with the hairdryer. Normally love coming here but not good today

What an amazing experience. So much thought in to my hair before even touching it. Understanding of fine hair is really important and this salon can look after you if you have fine hair.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I am so pleased with the result. Richard’s experience and knowledge was so valuable throughout the appointment. He took time to explain and show me how I could create more volume in my hair, how to section my hair and the effect of over drying. Im looking forward to my next visit

I absolutely love my hair! From start to finish the appointment the experience was amazing. Richard throughout the appointment asked questions so he could advise how I can maintain my hair at home. He showed me how a change in my blow drying routine will help my hair to have more volume and the effect of over drying.His knowledge and experience are second to none.

A wonderful experience! I showed some images of what I was looking for in terms of colour. Richard took time to ask relevant questions and was able to advise what could be achieved based on the original images with care and attention shown throughout the appointment

I love everything about this hairdresser's. The staff are really friendly. I had my hair coloured and she paid so much attention to ensure all my grey was covered.
Gillian cut my hair and done a great job.
I have been to many hairdressers but felt that I'm listened to.
