I came in feeling down about my hair and Emma cut it in a perfect style for me and I left the Salon feeling very happy and uplifted. Everyone was friendly in the Salon too.

Marie always cuts my hair and I have stayed with the salon for many years, in spite of moving 25 miles away! I know I can 100% trust all the stylists to do their very best for me. Marie manages her salon with great professionalism. She prides herself on high standards and my goodness , she always delivers! The staff are trained very well and there is an important emphasis on politeness, which is often absent in other salons. The salon is beautifully clean and the decor is gorgeous, with additional seasonal changes which add to the fun ! Great salon . Great stylists! Thank you so much!

My daughter and I have been going to Retreat for sometime now . Ellie B usually looks after us , always very Pleased how she does our hairs . If you ask Ellie for advice or suggestions she is always spot on and Very Professional ! All the staff are kind and you know they are happy to be there for their clients . It’s also a very calm hair salon and you feel lovely and relaxed .

Marie and Richard have been cutting my hair for many years. Not only are they a cut above the rest (pun intended!) in terms of haircut, the level of customer service is unrivalled. Always greeted with a smile and a coffee, with a great atmosphere. Excellent staff, lovely salon and always a great cut. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Had half head hi/lo lites n cut with Hollie. Great experience. Hollie is always sensitive to my needs, I have very hair, she listens to me and makes my hair look fab. All staff very welcoming, polite and professional.

Richard gave good advice on hair styles & how to style my hair. I was very pleased with my new hair cut.
