Went for this treatment on a special offer to see if it was as good a people say. It definitely was! My frizzy hair is much smoother and looks tamed and glossy.

Always a pleasure having my appointment with Eliza ! She does exactly what she knows I need for my colour and is so lovely to spend the appointment time with.
And Tiffany is the best ‘shampoo’er’ ever !!! Thanks girls

She’s hugely experienced and the salon is a really well run business . They offer, expertise, value for money and make the experience a really happy one. I visited Retreat Hairdressing after having a colour done elsewhere that I wasn't fully happy with. Luckily, Ellie managed to fit me in before my holiday. She completely transformed my hair. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure she fully understood the softer, more blended look I was hoping for before starting. She was patient, professional and so reassuring throughout the appointment. The end result is exactly what I wanted. The colour is beautifully blended, and much more natural looking. I'm so much happier with my hair now and really appreciate the care and attention Ellie put into getting it right.

I am currently going through chemotherapy and called Retreat to see if they could help me as my hair was falling out.,Marie was so kind -.booking me at the end of the day so had some privacy. Looking after me, looking after my scalp and cutting and styling my remaining hair. I couldn’t have asked for more kindness and compassion at the worse point of a women’s life - when she has to face losing all her hair.

Another excellent visit to Retreat. You are made to feel special the minute you enter the salon. From the young lady who washed my hair and gave me an excellent scalp massage, to sitting down with Gillian who knew exactly what was needed for my thinning, fine hair. She explained her thoughts and ideas and I was absolutely delighted with the result. I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with Gillian and look forward to my next visit.

If Marie can’t solve your hair problems and make you feel a million dollars then no one can. Shes an expert at her job and wonderful to have on my hair journey

Another fantastic haircut from Marie. I went in with a my hair in dire need of of a haircut and came out ready to face the world again !! A coffee, a head massage and a very professional haircut in a clean friendly atmosphere . What more could you want !!

I had a great experience, staff were very helpful and welcoming and Paige was very friendly and did an amazing job with my hair, considering I have long thick hair it took no time at all to have my hair cut and pinned curls, the whole appointment felt seamless! Im a type 1 diabetic and when I first came in I was low blood sugar and the receptionist was very helpful in getting me apple juice, and biscuits and then Paige made me a tea with sugar and I was grateful for that extra care!
