No matter how you feel when you go in to Re:Treats you will always come out feeling on top of the world. Not only because you hair looks great but you have had a lovely time, in a great environment and with great people.

As always a discussion about what I would like for my hair followed by a great cut and blow dry.

I was recommend to come to this salon, I met with Richard, had a consultation with him and am set to have a cut and colour in a few weeks. The salon was buzzing and am really looking foward to having my hair done.

First time in ages I've come out of the hairdresser's feeling happy. Ellie listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing haircut.

Over a couple of months I have gone from shaved head to totally out of control. Now thanks to Emma I actually have a hair style I love!

Always a pleasure having my hair cut and styled by Gill. Knows exactly what I want.

As usual my colour done by Ellie G & cut & style were excellent

I used to be a regular client prior to the pandemic , so to win a raffle prize of a cut & blow dry at Retreat was a lovely surprise & I was looking forward to my appointment, It was a lovely treat after years of a home hairdresser etc . There is something very enjoyable about having a regular hairdresser at your chosen salon which enhances the whole experience , & I've missed that . Ellie G was lovely & gave me a great cut ,

I came to the salon very nervous as I have curly hair and have had many bad experiences in the past. My last hairdresser left so I changed salon and met Ellie. She did a great job and I'll definitely be back.

I am always really pleased with Emma and Gillian. I always feel listened to and made to feel comfortable and I am always happy with my highlights and haircut.

Had a lovely haircut today with Gillian always pleased with my cut and blow dry but unfortunately I had a wet back after my hair was washed and had to change my jumper when I got home. Please get some proper towels instead of those thin ones you use if not I may have to bring my own on.

Had a consultation with Ellie G, and I instantly knew we were on the same page. I have very difficult hair! I am so pleased with my cut and blow dry 9/12/2025. It was nice that Ellie also washed my hair and applied a treatment, she also did the best head massage. My experience was great from start to finish. A nice team atmosphere, and a glass of prosecco 🥂 Excited about the journey to get my hair nice and healthy again.

A lovely experience with lovely Emma and came out feeling 100% better and a great haircut too.

I had two lovely colours put in my hair all done very meticulously and perfectly by Tiffany who I had very happily elected to do it to further her skills in colour application. With Marie on hand to help if needed the result was perfect and I was extremely impressed with the two colours in my hair. Perfect result as usual and shows the help , training and encouragement Marie gives to all her staff at all levels .

I was a new client and had to rearrange my booking due to a family bereavement. There was no issue and I was rescheduled easily and with kindness. The new client cut and blow dry was lovely - especially the head massage which was much appreciated and gave me a much needed lift. Staff couldn’t do enough to make you happy and relaxed. I’ve booked my colour follow up already. Cut and blow dry was wonderful with Gillian. Would highly recommend.

Always an experience at the salon. Marie listens to what I’d like (with regards to both cut and colour) and always gives helpful suggestions. She talks me through exactly what she’s doing and why.
