I booked Sinead again as I had her last time. I always ask for the same thing (a blunt cut to help make my thin hair look better) and every other stylist does this, but it never really lasts. However, whatever Sinead did lasted absolutely ages and I loved the cut!
So I booked her again and hoped that if I asked for the same thing I might get the same result again - I didn’t even have to ask. Even though it had been 6 months since my last cut, she remembered me and remembered what she did before! I was blown away and so relieved!
Sinead is also absolutely lovely, really down to earth and friendly - I actually never really like having to chat when at the hairdressers, but I genuinely looked forward to catching up on how she was doing - very pleased to see she’s recently been promoted, very well deserved!

Jade did my colour and my haircut as Damion was ill. I was happy with my appointment.

Millie has taken be from over 20 years of box dye colouring and almost black to a beautiful blonde. I listened to her exoert advice and we did it slowly, keeping my hair healthy along the way. I'll never go anywhere else! She's brilliant!

This was my 1st visit to the Billericsy Salon & it was a really comfortable experience. Sinead & all the stylists/receptionists were very friendly yet professional. I just love my new style & made sure I booked my next appointment before I left. Fantastic Service.

I wanted to go lighter with highlights, Damien was really knowledgeable & friendly. I am really pleased with the results will definitely be back!

It was my first time with Millie, I showed her what I usually do with other colleagues, she listened, and was attentive and professional, trying to meet just what I wanted. She did a good job. The girl who washed my hair, I'm sorry but it was very strange how she washed my hair, I barely felt her fingertips massaging the shampoo, it seems like I wasn't very good at this. in addition to having to turn my head now to the right to rinse the hair and to the left, I have a lot of hair, but I have never had the feeling that the hair has been poorly washed and rinsed too quickly. I'm sorry everyone was attentive, and nice as always but this girl I didn't like the wash. Otherwise 5 stars for the service.

Such a warm and welcoming salon, first time with Jade and she was lovely! Making sure I was completely happy with everything every step of the way and made me feel completely at ease after a not so pleasant experience at a different salon. Amazing head massage too!!! Well needed after a stressful morning. Love the results and everyone commented on how great my hair looked after! I’ll definitely be coming back :-)

Excellent service as usual, took advantage of a shineinfinity product advertised at my station. She was knowledgeable about the item and matched the colour. I do value having the same expert stylist.

A great hair appointment. Have been in hospital plus not been able to drive for some weeks and my hair was awful . I feel so much happier having it done. Jade and Damion do their jobs well!

I was made to feel welcome and Hannah discussed how I wanted my hair cut and styled. I found Hannah easy to talk to I felt that she was listening to how I wanted my hair cut.

My daughter wanted shaping and bangs cut. Sinéad listened carefully and took great care in creating exactly what she asked for. My daughter was thrilled!

Sinead did a wonderful job today! She gave me a lovely head massage during my treatment which was so relaxing. She cut my hair really well and then she styled it so beautifully. My curls look stunning, she did then exactly as I wanted, soft curls. They have lovely bounce and my hair feels soft and looks shiny and healthy. So pleased with the end result!

Damien has been colouring my hair for many years. Very professional and knows exactly how I like it to look. The colour always looks natural- I get many compliments.

My appt was late, I liked the cut initially, but having washed it, the back on the left hand side is longer than the right. The right hand side layer is ‘choppy’ and not even with the left. I can’t remember the stylist but £59 for I feel a substandard and rushed cut was excessive. I will not be returning

My little frankie had a fringe cut in today!! Was very professional friendly and frankie loved it.lovely girl

My daughter had a lovely experience having her hair cut today and will definately be taking her back to have her cut with Lily again.
