This was my first time at serenity. The staff were really polite making sure I was comfortable! When getting my hair cut she checked it first and told me what she was going to do before she started!

I had my hair cut by Michael again and it is great. He listens to what you want and always does a great job.
All the staff are really friendly and service is always good.

Cant recommend Vicky enough, very friendly , professional and explains why and what she is doing through what she is doing to your hair. Really made up with my hair when I left the salon today, colour is beautiful and soft looking, and the condition is on a hair journey... with visible results already, from 6-8 weeks ago. Loving having my hair cut in Serenity. Vicky always cuts and colours it perfectly no matter how vague my ideas are. Everyone is really friendly, would be there every week if I could afford it!

Vicky did a wonderful colour match up, after my roots had grown out for 2 months..I was really happy with the exact matching and rich, colour effect!

I always used to dread the hairdressers but Vicky always makes me feel welcomed and listened to - she’s always cheery and happy for a chat or to just let me sit in a comfortable silence, just watching. I now always look forward to my next booking! Would 100% recommend :)

Although I am a relatively new customer, I have always found the staff to be the ultimate in friendliness and professionalism. The whole salon is spotlessly clean and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

I had a resytle a month ago by the lovely Abbie, which meant a new fringe. Abbie mentioned that I could pop in at anytime (I booked in advance) for a fringe tidy, free of charge. Great customer service and great hair cuts. Booked again for a cut in a few weeks.

As usual I'm really pleased with my cut. Great salon staffed by lovely people - what more could you ask for!

Always an enjoyable visit, from the wash and head massage to the cut and drying. Abbie has a lovely personality and makes the experience well worth it, she listens to what you want done and follows it perfectly. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I had spoken to ***** about not being happy with my previous colour as it had gone quite brassy.. She was booked up before my holiday so recommended ***** to rectify this. She assured me she would consult with her. ***** used smart bond and a toner and didn't tell me how much it would be. I nearly fell over when heard total amount was £180. I have ended up loosing all the other highlights and now have a block sandy blonde. Despite saying I wanted Ash tones and my natural colour brown running through. Very disappointed. I was there for hours and I was surprised the toner didn't lift as ***** assured me they would be no yellow tones. I said I wasn't happy at the end but was just told it would need another go. I preferred it before I spent the whole day there! Disappointing.

Serenity is my favourite hair salon in Hastings.... Thanks Michael for another great cut and colour! Love my new look....

Dry professional and friendly service

Eleanor treated my shoulder not because it’s a relaxing experience but because before I arrived I was nauseous with pain. It was a medical necessity. She is absolutely brilliant! Gorgeous with it!

Great salon very friendly & extremely relaxing, the head massage was wonderful.
I booked why I was visiting family in Hastings & left delighted with my new style.
Can’t remember the hairdressers name but she made me feel totally relaxed & I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I've had a couple of bikini waxes here, and have always been put at ease and talked through the process, making it as pain free and relaxed as possible! Loveky staff and nice atmosphere.
