Had my eyebrows microbladed with Ellinor this morning. This is the first time I’ve ever had a treatment like this and i definitely chose the best place and beautician! Ellinor was very thorough with providing information on the treatment at my consultation and also throughout the treatment and aftercare process explanation. The procedure was much better than I anticipated, painless and very relaxing, Ellinor was very gentle and ensured I was happy and comfortable through out! I’m already in love with my new brows and honestly Cannot wait to go back for my top up and see the final result! Would defiantly recommend Ellinor for a MicroBlading to everyone!!

As always, very happy with everything. Jessie gave me a lovely head massage after the shampoo. Staff friendly especially Nadia! So happy to have this salon so close to home, especially on a rainy day.

As always, an absolute pleasure. Although the procedure is 'uncomfortable by nature, Ellinor is an ultimate professional, kind hearted and knowledgeable about her practice. A feeling of safety and care is always felt when attending a treatment and Ellinor understands and respects patient concerns and safety at all times.

Such a friendly face to see each time I go to have my IPL treatment and now to get my brows tinted and waxed. Ellinor has been amazing from explaining the process of IPL to getting me fab results. Not to enticing my brows have never looked better.

I would guess Mark is very likely the best stylist in Hastings. Each hair appointment is completely unique to the individual who is lucky enough to have found him and is sitting in his chair. I am also sure he would not work just anywhere and it would also be a very considered decision to work his magic at Serenity.

I really can't recommend Serenity or Georgina highly enough. Always made to feel very welcome. Georgina is so professional and always makes you feel completely at ease. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Vicky got my hair to a perfect shade of blonde and even after a few washes it feels it much better condition than before. Everyone is so friendly in Serenity I am happy spending hours in there!

Perfect colour and perfect cut as always by Vicky and excellent shampoo by Nadia. Always enjoy the relaxation of having my hair done but the very loud stylist and customers next to me spoiled the experience this time and while I came for serenity I got a headache!

Fabuous salon very relaxing atmosphere - amazing friendly staff. Best haircut and eye brow wax I have had in years and so happy with both. . Have been a few times now and a warm welcome every time. Would 100% recommend. Looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks time.
