I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she came and did my fringe so I didn’t have to wait for another stylist. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Really happy with the cut, especially as she checked with me a few times to make sure it was what I wanted. Didn’t ask me to pay which was unexpected and very generous. Hope to come down again to get a full cut and blow dry.

Colour today and Claire’s recommendation was spot on as always. Claire knows her clients and always recommends what is right for them. Also lovely head massage and blow dry from trainee (can’t remember her name) but she is always really friendly.

Anita was really welcoming and very professional. She did a very neat, tidy cut and it looked so much better than it did before! I will definatley be coming back. She also advised on the best hair products and gave me some samples which was really helpful.

I have had microdermabrasion before with good results at Serenity and it was explained that the resurfacing facial would have similar effects. Elliot is so lovely, explained how it works, reassuring as this was new to me. She is gentle and her personality puts you at ease immediately and I felt completely relaxed during my experience. The results are immediate and lasting. Had 2 sessions thus far and look forward to more. The trip down to Serenity(Hastings) from Ashford is worth it as all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

After having an 11 min haircut with no style in Ashford recently, I returned to my favourite salon and had the best experience with Lia. She gave me great advice, I felt reassured that the cut I had could be improved upon and she took great care with me. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am truly grateful for Lia's expertise. I had my hair done for my son's wedding Alyson was lovely & when I told her about not been able to have my nails done she offered to do them for me they were perfect I couldn't fault anything about the salon & would definitely come again the next time we visit our son as we live in the Midlands would highly recommend your salon .
