I've been attending this salon for many years. Service is always superb and staff excellent. Cannot suggest improvements as there's nothing they do wrong.

I had a blow dry with Michelle and it was a fab salon experience from start to finish. Friendly greeting, amazing head massage and then a brilliant blow dry. It's really nice to feel pampered and well looked after.

Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. 3rd or 4th viisit, and the colourist is always hsppy to discuss my colour & make suggestions or adjustments, which means that she listens to me, very important. Lovely cut & blowdry today also, very happy. An all round good experience.

As always the attention to what I wanted and interpretation was fantastic- very pleased with end result especially as it was quite a dramatic change for me!

The staff are hospitable, efficient and friendly. I only had a conditioning hair treatment but was treated as if I was having a full hair treatment as in cut and colour. I would highly recommend the salon

I had michele cut my hair today as harriot was on holiday and i was very happy with the haircut and the service provided by her as she was very chatty and friendly.

I usually have a side fringe and I've never been darker than a blonde (also a natural blonde). This time I decide no more fringe and no more blonde! I orginally asked about going full on brown but after consulting with the stylist, she recommended a light brown head to a dark ash blonde on the ends, and oh my! I love it! Fabulous advise and fabulous team :D

I actually live 120 miles away from Eastbourne but I visit the Sunshine Coast regularly. This is a great salon, all the staff are friendly and skillful in my experience. The manager should be very happy with what she has achieved.

I visit this salon every 4 weeks and have been for 5 years now. I really look forward to my visit. First class service from Kate. Before i discovered this salon i used to dread my visits. I am made to feel so welcome all the girls are really friendly all come up and chat to me.

As usual when I go into the salon, I am greeted with a friendly smile and offer of coffee or other refreshment. The service is immpecable and I come away with a great haircut.

Absolutely fantastic. Have had aa day of compliments at work today. Feelgood factor10 out of10. I think one or two of my colleagues will be booking themselves in. Thanks a million. I think you are on target to be the best in 2017.

I wandered into T&G Xmas week on the off chance of a last minute appt and booked one for 8.45 the following morning. Not being a fan of hairdressers I woke at yam dreading my forthcoming appt. On entering the salon both the temperature and atmosphere were cold. One member of staff behind the desk didn't smile at all (surly is so passe). The franchise holder was in and out the front door dropping off Xmas supplies and could not raise a good morning or a smile. It did cross my mind to leave as this was looking very doubtful as an enjoyable experience. However at that point the stylist arrived with a beaming smile and enveloped me in a wave of confidence that she knew what she was about. She consulted me on my restyle and also have me get opinions. Good hairwash but not nearly long enough massage. Interaction with stylist throughout was natural and amusing (not snooty as I imagined T&G to be). I left the salon feeling i had received one to one service, the coffee and mincepie helped ????. Excellent stylist supported by a lacklustre ambience.

I have been having my hair cut at this salon for about 5 years and I am always thrilled with the result . It is a fashionable and up to date salon but is not intimidating . All the staff are friendly , helpful and skilled .
My hairdresser , Stacey , is an excellent hairdresser and I always love my haircut , also I never have any problems coping with my hair at home . In addition I am often complimented on my hair .

I've been getting my haircut by harriot for a year or so now and I have to say she is an amazing hairdresser who is extremely talkative and engaging plus the fact she is absolutely stunning as well.
