Always a super haircut and staff very friendly

I've recently had my hair cut at another salon which I wasn't happy with.

Ella listened to me and she gave me so many options on what I could do with my hair. I am so pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend anyone to go in and get a cut with Ella!

As always great service and a great haircut

I've been going to this salon for years. I'm quite fussy about what I want and after an initial few months I finally found two people I trust with my colour and cut. The results are pretty reliable and I am very very happy to recommend them. Everyone at the salon is really nice and really professional. It has a great atmosphere. I listen to the way Kate talks with people, all ages and backgrounds - especially the older folk - and I'm not sure she realises that she's doing more than colouring hair - she brightens up their lives. Also they always try to fit you in, even if you leave it to the last minute. Only criticism is that it's so expensive, if like me, you need your colour done very regularly.

Ella cut my daughter's hair. She was very professional and responsive, helping a young girl find a hairstyle that she was happy with. We were both so pleased.

I visited Toni & Guy Eastbourne, for the first time today. At 8.45am, the salon, was in full swing. I was welcomed straight away, in.fact by Lauren, the artistic director, she introduced herself, sat me down, informing she will be back, in a bit.
I was soon, asked if I wanted a coffee, outlining my options, as many as a coffee lounge.
Then, I was gowned up, being nicely shown my chair. Lauren came back, listening to what i wanted, using a nice style of acknowledging my ideas/wants, then guiding me, using her expert experience, which was spot on, then showed me to the basin, everyone was busy, so rather, than making me wait, until the correct person was ready.

Lauren, proceeded to wash my hair, not beneath her, after 13 years, with Toni & Guy. This I have to say, said everything about how customer focused, she was, so impressed, I have come across this attitude in the retail sector before.
Then Lauren, cut my hair perfectly, as stage one, of my styling journey.

the staff at the front desk, were great, registering me for a loyalty card, explaining, what would happen.

I can't wait for my next visit in.9 weeks time.

Usual excellent service

I love having my hair cut by Lauren at Toni & Guy. Lauren is a very talented hairdresser and I always leave loving my haircut and feeling good about how I look. Lauren has always made me feel at ease with her friendly manner and the time flies by while we chat and laugh. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. Can't recommend Lauren and the salon enough.

The staff are always fabulous, so welcoming and professional.

I really enjoyed my experience - I was not kept waiting long before I was shown to a seat and offered coffee and magazines. Stacey listened to my requirements and delivered and fave me useful advice in addition. I felt as though I had had a good cut in pleasant surroundings and have made another appointment to return for highlights and another cut and blow dry in a few weeks time.

I have been going to Toni and guy saloon in Eastbourne for the last 10 years . I go once monthly for hair colour and every three months for hair cut . Kate does my colour and Lorraine and Stacey do my hair cut and hair treatment . They have been great with their work and accommodating me sometimes on such a short notice.
They are excellent artists and hairdressers.

I have been a customer of Stacey's for the last 10 years and over those 10 years the service has been consistent and great! Everyone in the salon is friendly, welcoming and nothing is ever too much!!
I look forward to my visit every 6 weeks as it's great girl time and Stacey should be very proud!

Every few weeks I have a tint and cut with Kate and Dawn. And it is consistent customer care taking into account how my hair is doing and what is needed at the appointment. Even the decaf coffee is drinkable.

Kate is amazing I have been coming to Toni and Guy to see her for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Every 8 weeks I treat myself to a colour and cut. I am wheelchair bound and the girls make every effort to make me feel comfortable. I have been told to have my hair done at home but when I go there I feel very special and welcomed.

A totally relaxing and enjoyable experience with friendly staff, with a lovely cup of drinking chocolate.

Polite, friendly staff, good music, magazines, great coffee, head massage and that's on top of fab services and products - getting my hair done has never been such a pleasure!

If you are after a great haircut in a relaxed, friendly environment then this is definitely the place to go. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Yesterday I arrived on time for my appointment with Kate. Unfortunately,the client before me had arrived 20mins late and I was asked to come back in another 15mins.However,this eventually caused me to be late with Lauren and I couldn't have my full hair cut as planned because I had also got another appointment at Essential Beauty for 1pm.
I feel that the "late person" should have been made to wait instead. Thus not compromising my appointment and anyone else who took the trouble to arrive on time. The rating below indicates my experience yesterday.

I wanted a new style. Dawn understood my needs and we discussed my hair type, face shape and age to find a style suitable for me. She also told me how to dry my hair and what products to use. Came away feeling like a new woman! Also, very impressed with their loyalty scheme.

I always have Kate to tint my hair as she is the best person for the job in eastbourne, I have been to many hair dressers in town and no one is as good as her.
Usually have dawn to dry my hair as I find she always does my hair how I like it, but she is not always available, maybe on booking they could ask who you would prefer to dry hair.
Use Stacy for hair cuts, trims and hair ups.
