Love having my hair done here. They are friendly and professional. Always get a good cut and am looked after wonderfully.

The Eastbourne branch is welcoming and friendly. Cut, highlights and toner all performed with skill and accuracy. I recommend highly and love my hair!

Always made to feel welcome from the minute you enter the salon. All staff are chatty and friendly. Salon is always clean and tidy. Good refreshments menu. All this you may argue should be standard at any salon but unfortunately it’s not. The most important thing is that I finally have found a stylist/ salon that are consistent, honest and know their job. Stacey you were honest and you certainly know how to cut hair!! Thank you.

Stacey always listens to me and is very good at understanding my hair and best ways to cut it.
She cuts it so well that it lasts for months as it grows, it naturally curls well with the cut and everyone always comments on how nice my hair is. She is the best hairdresser.

I visit the Salon at least once a fortnight. The stylist do a good job looking after my hair and Lentia my regular junior does an excellent job washing off my colour but I have to say it must be a difficult job doing it without sufficient lighting as the light near the basin area has been out for weeks and there's no sign of it getting repaired .

Stunning results! I had Freya taking care of me, she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about giving me the results I wanted. She also gave me great tips on how to care for and style my new haircut. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% go again.

I had booked a late appt online as needed a tidy up cut whilst undecided on next style. Chose Toni and Guy as used to go there years ago and you know you will get a good cut although this particular salon used to be a bit cramped and rushed. Had the most lovely, friendly welcome from one of the team( sorry didn’t get her name) - made me feel so relaxed to be there. Ella was the stylist - gave great advice on what to do. Had a fantastic wash/ head massage and treatment. The cut and styling was perfect - my hair felt and looked so much better and still does today. The salon layout feels better than it used to be- same room just felt more spacious. Thank you 😊

My daughter bought me a voucher for this h.d. and I went in on New Years Even. I was the only customer in there. I am older aged and told the stylist I had colour resistant hair, which evoked no action, such as pre-treatment. I had hoped for highlights, some creativity, but the usual colour book presented and she chose a different colour from me, which I trusted. She plonked it on then left it for whatever time, never checking its progress. Then washed off. As she dried it, she told me 'it had not come out as expected' but I couldnt really see the disaster at this point. She supposedly gave me a cut but it was uneven. Then she told me to come in again FOR A CORRECTION COLOUR and charged the rest of my voucher in advance. I would never have allowed this had I seen what had been done to me. When I got home my daughter said, your hair is in stripes, pink, orange and grey. Cut uneven. I contacted head office showing them photos, and expecting them to immediately refund me, but all they did was try to force me to go back and have it done again. I told them I am not comfortable to do that, nor am I willing to travel over an hour to another branch. This company are poorly trained and just dont care. Since the I have been fighting to get a refund as has my daughter, but they are so mean and uncaring of their customers that they will not do it. They wont even give half the cost of the voucher, £50. I should be suing them for malpractice, lack of care and just ruining my new year but this is who they are.

After asking stylist for a simple colour, a subtle copper, I felt disappointed that all she did was offer the colour chart and suggest a colour, a different one to the one I chose. No suggestion of highlights, no interest in it all. Then as she dried it she said it "hadnt come out as expected". I couldnt see it very well but she said shed do it again, and put on something 'brighter'. Then charged me in advance for another visit. I can see now that this is a procedure. Make a mistake, invite customer in again, and charge them before they can get away. When I got home my daughter said your hair colour is not even, its a mess. It is stripes of different colour, greys still showing, which I did tell the stylist could be colour resistant, and I thought it was her job to show some interest, but clearly not. Dont go back there. I contacted customer care, showing them photos and asking for a refund, even just for the money taken in advance, but expecting them to refund everything. Instead they've constantly tried to force me back to the salon for a correction, something I am sure they are not competent to do and I would never put my hair in their hands again. Ive now been arguing with their cust care for weeks and they will mot even refund me £40, the money taken in advance, for which I have had nothing, so they are not just awful stylists, they are thieves.

Wow I always get nervous visiting a new hairdresser and Toni and guy Eastbourne could not have been lovelier. Immediately put me at ease. My haircut is just perfect and I am so happy

My hair looks nothing like the photo I took with me and is a completely different shape. Really upsetting especially as it was a Christmas treat.

I wanted a whispy/choppy cut and it looks a bit bowl like and too short at the sides 😕

As always, the level of service as soon as you enter the salon was excellent. You are made to feel welcome immediately and Tilly is a great hairdresser!

I have been a customer there for over 10 years.
I was very shocked this time as the bill had increased so much. The most I used to pay was £120 this time it came to £195. I know the cost of living has increased but I felt this was over and above. After 10 years I will now have to have a really hard think about if I return or not

This was my return to a reputable hairdressers after slumming it with others. Well worth it

This team knows how to give a great customer experience. Freya was so brilliant in rescuing my damaged locks, giving me a cut that made me feel so good, and she gave me some fab styling tips also. I loved my time in the salon.

- the wash basin that I was taken to for my hair wash was dirty with someone else’s hair and hair products
- the blow dry was painful to watch, and for £100 I was very shocked. It looked like a blow dry worth £20.
