As always I had a very pleasant experience at the salon. I didn’t have to wait, everyone was polite, the whole process took less than an hour and the atmosphere was wonderful. Compliments to all.

Saturday morning and the salon is full and buzzing.
Petra gave me a quick assessment and listened to what I wanted. She gave me a fabulous shampoo with a head massage that was unreal.
The cut didn’t take long but was exactly what I wanted and it was dried and straightened how I like it too. Not too much product which I don’t like and all done with a friendly manner that wasn’t over the top.
I would highly recommend both Petra as a stylist and the salon.

I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early but as always was made welcome with s cup of tea, I had a trim , a colour and a blow I can honestly say I came out of the hair dressers looking ten years younger, I am very happy with service as always.

I have been going to this salon for 18 years and every time it is a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I had my hair cut by Lynne at the Durham store and yet again she was brilliant. She’s always very professional and always cuts my hair exactly how I like it. Going to Toni and Guy is a relaxing experience and I would never go anywhere else. Lynne also cuts my children’s hair. My son has Downs Syndrome and autism so having his haircut can be quite a traumatic experience. He has really connected with Lynne because she is so patient and gentle with him and he actually enjoys having his haircut now. It can still be a stressful experience but Lynne always keeps calm and now knows ways to speak to him to try to keep him calm and distracted. My daughter also loves Lynne cutting her hair.

I also want to mention Carly on reception who is always friendly and chatty and she also helps with my son if he is being difficult. She talks to him and engages with him and she helps to make the experience less stressful for me.
