Perfect as always, I have a very busy work life and not much time to relax or switch off. This salon has such a chilled out atmosphere and everyone is so polite and friendly. Ashley is such a pleasure to chat to and always does my hair exactly how I like it, she always remembers. Had a lovely experience and left with gorgeous, healthy looking hair with a style I love.

Wendy always asks how I've managed my hair. She will always give me her honest professional opinion.

She knows what I like as she always listens to me!

I arrived at the salon with a long, bushy, thick, dry, curly mane and left with gorgeous, sleek, manageable hair. The complements i have received since my visit are amazing. What an unbelievable transformation. I'll be back every 6 weeks now for a beautiful cut and blow dry from Petra.

On holiday in Durham I decided to book In for a restyle. What a lovely professional bunch of people. The quality of service is the best I have experienced anywhere! The head massage I had whilst having my hair washed was soo relaxing I nearly fell asleep! I was lucky enough to be able to have Petra to advise me on the best way forward for my long curly hair restyle. Her experience made everything less scary!
#Curly and #long haired ladies you know what I mean! I had total confidence that Petra would be able to help me make the leap from my long wavy unruly hair, to a more sophisticated shoulder length cut, which she did! I was thrilled with my new hair style but thanks to Petra’s guidance and wealth of knowledge confident I could maintain my new hair style. Thanks guys I will be back!!

Chaelele is a brilliant stylist. As a former hairdresser I know my really thick hair is so difficult to cut. I have over the years visited numerous stylists and none have been as good as Charlene.

As always an lovely experience, all of the staff are so warm and welcoming. As for Charlene I will never go to another stylist, my hair is the best it’s ever been and I walk out feeling like a celebrity! Keep up the outstanding work ladies.

My haircut was similarly priced to my previous salon (saks) and similar to what I used to pay a few years back at this same salon. I did not feel as though it was rushed which can somtimes be the case because I have very thick hair which takes longer to style than average . I got 6 inches cut off and some of the weight taken out which took an hour. The stylist paid close attention to detail, I am happy with the result. I will be a returning customer.

Lovely colour as always

After a long hot summer holiday my colour was totally faded and jaded. Kimberley expertly rescued my bad hair and restored the colour back to bright, shiny and silky. Petra’s very professional cut and blow dry then provided the final finish. I have regularly visited the salon ever since then and can honestly say the experience is always first class. They listen and advise and work hard to achieve the best possible results for each of their clients. I always leave the salon feeling amazing!

Great cut by Kim, extremely friendly and thorough. Best style Vegas leaving a salon. Normally I try to restyle as soon as I leave, but didn’t feel the need to change anything. Only trouble is trying to re-create the style at home.
