Awesome as usual. Sometimes difficult to find a barber who listens to what you want. But never the case here.

Originally went to M’bro Toni and Guy and was gutted when salon relocated to Darlington. Tried other salons and not a patch on these guys. Fantastic service. Nowhere else compares.

Have been getting my hair done here for more than 4 years now. They are very professional and provide excellent service.

I've dipped in to the Toni & Guy salon throughout the past 10 years but only now can I say I've committed to a hair stylist and actually enjoy the atmosphere within the salon. I first had my hair cut by Jonathan shortly after my little boy was born and as a new mum pamper time is precious, I came out of the salon feeling amazing! I've since returned to have my hair cut as well as having it coloured and I have loved the results everytime. Jonathan doesn't try to over sell products but instead takes the time to explain what they are for and to show you how to use them (something which the salon really lacked in before).
Not only do I feel great when leaving the salon with my new hair style but I also now have the knowledge to recreate the same look at home.

What a lovely experience for my 1 and 4 year old boys! Jacqui used her fantastic cutting skills (and patience) putting both boys at ease. We are over the moon with the results Christmas photos here we come!!

As usual I made to feel most welcome. I was really late for my appointment due to Roads being closed because of a Police incident but was still able to get my hair done. I had the normal high standard treatment I always get. I recommend Darlington Toni & Guy to all my friends. Thank you to all the great staff.

Johnathon is amazing! Only person I ever trust cutting my hair

On Wednesday 21st Nov, I walked into this salon a completely broken woman! I was so upset and had lost all my confidence and faith in hairdressers. After several salon attempts to rectify my hair i lost all hope. After having a baby 7 months ago all I wanted was a little pampering and to feel good about myself. I was greeted by friendly warm and welcoming staff, I thought this is a good start!! I sat down with my stylist for the appointment (Kerry) and explained what had happened. After a lengthy consultation Kerry calmed my nerves and ensured me that I wasn't a lost cause and that we could correct my hair and try to rebuild my confidence and self esteem. A couple of hours later I left the salon feeling like a new woman! I could not believe the transformation. I could not thank Kerry and Jacqui enough they were both amazing! I got to my car and cried with happiness for a change instead of being so distraught at the state of my hair! My faith in hairdressers has been restored by this amazing duo at Toni & Guy @Darlington! I will never go anywhere else ever again! The 1hr trip to the salon is most definitely worth it! I now feel like a yummy confident mummy! Thank you so much

I've tried every where for a hairstyler who does what I ask so I get the cut I'm happy with.
You'd think graduated bob would be fairly standard, but not in my experience.
However walking in to toni and guy having the stylist listen to what I want and actually do it!
Soo happy I can't tell you! Will be back in January for my birthday ????

Been going to this T and G for coming up 9 years(1st in Mbro now to Darlo), and I can honestly say it's brilliant. The staff are always fun, energetic and vibrant who help with all your needs. I get on with each and everyone of them so well and have such a laugh. Then my hair is always perfectly done to an excellent standard, whoever does it if it's Jonathan, Kerry, or Rachel. 5star rating and great shop atmosphere and value also.

Once again I was made to feel welcome and offered a well needed cup of tea on arrival. Appointment was started very promptly as usual. Staff are all so friendly and spend the time to have a chat even when they are really busy. Jonathan is simply the best hairdressers. Thank you all xx
